Poor service, wrong status updates, and no accountability. Totally unacceptable.Very bad experience. Pizza was listed in the tracker as making with a pick up at x. I run other errands and show up 30 minutes after the anticipated time. Guy says if your name is not on the list for pick up it is not ready. Half the staff was stressed out and hald were just standing around joking. Eventually I asked after over an hour that if my food has not been started to just refund me. Food came up a few minutes later. Mostly upset that they were not apologetic and we're lacking basic communication with the customers.
