    I been waiting and calling for over an hour, having some one saying “ thank you for calling…” and putting me on hold, or they pick up and end the call. I called multiple times and it’s either a cut off answer or no answer at all. Probably the worst pizza place on the island. Nor can I place delivery on the website even tho I live X amount of mins away…

    I bought 16 chicken wings on June 29th and was charged $73 on my card. I went back to ask what had happened, and they told me they had made a mistake; they said they would cancel the order and refund the money to my card. It has been three days now and I am still waiting for the money—something I don't think will happen.

    If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I placed an order while on vacation and spent a significant amount of money, only to wait more than two hours and receive nothing. The driver arrived at the hotel but apparently made no real attempt to deliver the food and did not call me either. I tried calling the store directly, but no one answered the phone. At this point, I am out of my money and my family is still hungry. I have been a loyal customer, but this experience has me seriously second-guessing whether I will order from this company again. This was poor communication, poor service, and an incredibly frustrating experience. Just horrible.

    I am appalled by the level of disrespect shown to customers during my experience. After waiting more than an hour and a half for pizza for my family, I called three separate times to check on the status of my order. The first call was made when the order was already about 30 minutes late, and the second was made when it was over an hour late. Despite my frustration, I remained polite and thanked the employee each time she told me the order was on its way. Not once did she say “you’re welcome,” thank me for my patience, or offer any apology for the delay. Basic courtesy seemed completely absent. Each time I called, I was simply told the order was “close” to arriving. No explanation was ever provided. By the third call, I had lost confidence that the order would arrive anytime soon and requested a refund instead. What happened next was even more disappointing than the delay itself. The employee who answered the phone openly mocked my request to a nearby coworker while I was still on the line and then hung up on me. To make matters worse, the app’s tracking information was completely inaccurate. It showed my order as delivered nearly two hours before it actually arrived. Delays happen. Most customers understand that. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication, accountability, professionalism, and basic manners shown throughout this experience. Being ignored is frustrating; being mocked and hung up on after remaining patient and respectful is something else entirely. Based on other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. I am genuinely shocked by the disregard shown toward paying customers.

    This Hilton Head Island Dominoes location delivered one of the most profoundly disappointing customer experiences I have ever encountered. This was not a simple mistake or a late delivery. It was a complete breakdown of customer service, honesty, and basic operational integrity. I have clear photographic proof of how this store operates, and I will never spend another dollar with this company. ​The entire issue began with deceptive tracking data. As shown in the text message screenshot, I received an official notification at 11:57 PM stating that my delivery driver Colby was on the way. According to the official tracker screenshot, the system then marked the order as fully completed and delivered at 12:14 AM. The delivery address is less than ten minutes away from the store, so a seventeen-minute window seemed reasonable on paper. However, the food never actually arrived at all. The driver completely failed to show up, yet the store system fraudulently marked the order as completed to make their delivery metrics look good. ​The worst part of this entire ordeal was the way the staff handled my attempts to get help. When the food failed to show up, we attempted to contact the store multiple times to figure out what happened to our dinner. Each call resulted in short, aggravating, and incredibly condescending remarks from the staff. We were repeatedly told things like it is on its way bud and leaving soon bud. Instead of checking on the order or offering a real update, the employees repeatedly hung up on us mid-sentence. ​The proof of their total refusal to communicate is clear as day. While they ignored the line, refused to speak like professionals, and left us stranded without our food. The total absence of human communication during a clear service failure is astonishing. ​To make matters worse, they still charged me full price for this nonexistent order. They have made absolutely no effort to reach out or make this right. The only thing I received was the "Problem with your order button" in the app offering a free pizza code. A coupon for a future pizza is worth far less than what I actually paid tonight, and it is completely insulting to offer a code instead of a real financial refund. I paid actual money for food that was never delivered, and keeping my money is theft. ​For a company that constantly advertises reliability and transparency, this level of disregard is completely unacceptable. The real issue lies in the systemic indifference on display. There was zero accountability, zero honest communication, and absolutely zero urgency to correct an error that they created. It reflects a business model that prioritizes convenience for the employees over care for the paying customer. ​I am not just disappointed by this experience. I am genuinely appalled. This situation speaks to a complete breakdown of integrity at every level of operation at this Hilton Head Island branch. If this reflects the standard that Dominoes now operates under, I would strongly advise corporate oversight to intervene immediately before this location permanently damages the brand credibility. Although based on other comments it looks that it may be too late for that. Avoid this location at all costs because they will take your money, lie on their tracker, treat you with condescension, and leave you with no food and no refund. 0/10
