  Just asked for a simple smoothie- no sugar !!! with substitute Splenda!!! It says it right on their board - guy didn’t even know they did that said “they just take out the sugar “ and then when the next guy corrected him they still made it without Splenda - got a tasteless smoothie disappointed 😔

  Excellent smoothies, great tasting food, quick and friendly service. Definitely worth a stop for lunch or a snack.

  I detest visiting this location. I only come here because it’s closer to work, but I would much rather go to the one in Bluffton. The guy with the ginger beard never seems happy, and the rest of the staff is sitting around. The only person who smiles every time we come here is a black girl. Aside from her, nobody. The place is good and has a great location, but the manager needs to have a serious meeting with his staff.

  This location makes the food and the açaí berry smoothie taste so much better than my local one in Glen Carbon. If my hometown location made it like this, I’d be a big fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

  The people that worked there weren’t friendly at all. Especially the Man with a beard at the cash register. No hi how are you. No thank you. No you can wait for your food here.. I don’t know if he had a bad day. But if I give a tip for takeaway I expect a little bit of kindness or a smile. He also touched my food then without gloves or washing his hands. No thanks!
