My first visit to this location was in early June, and right off the bat, my experience was bad. The service was incredibly slow, despite there only being two cars in the drive-thru. When I ordered an iced latte, the employee taking my order did not know the difference between an iced coffee and an iced latte and actually argued with me when I tried to explain the difference. Throughout the summer, I continued going to this location because, unfortunately, it was the closest one to my house. The service has been extremely hit or miss. Once in a blue moon, I would have a great employee take my order and have no issues, but most of the time, I would get to the drive-thru window and the employee working would not know which order was mine and seemed constantly confused. I believe this location needs better management and training. I don't necessarily blame the employees, but it seems like they are not being adequately trained or supported. What finally pushed me to write this review was my experience today. I placed a mobile order for an iced coffee and then ordered a bagel at the drive-thru menu. When I got to the window, I paid for my bagel and mentioned that I also had an iced coffee waiting for mobile pickup. After I paid for my bagel and did not leave a tip, the employee's entire demeanor toward me changed. She told me there was no mobile order under my name. I calmly explained that I had placed it for this location, but she said she didn't see it and immediately dismissed me. I explained that the mobile order was just an iced coffee, and she rudely told me I would need to go all the way back around through the drive-thru again. On top of that, it had already taken around three minutes before anyone even spoke to me at the drive-thru speaker. After repeatedly having issues at this location all summer, today's experience was the final straw. The inconsistent service, lack of organization, and way I was spoken to were unacceptable. I really think this location would benefit from stronger management and better employee training.
