- SASean AndersonSep 26, 20265.0I recently ate here with my family at around 6-7pm. It was pretty quiet/empty due to the time, but that made it nice. The food was good, nothing especially fancy, but they had the basics down. My daughter was not a fan of the Mac and cheese as it is very creamy / rich. I got the chicken tendy platter which was good, but the coleslaw I got wasn't my jam. My wife got the pulled pork sandwich which she said was good. We also got some cheesecake which was okay. The real winner here is JEROME! great server, and did yeoman's work getting the cheesecake out to us with a candle in it while also being sneaky about it. You're the man, Jerome!

This time the let down/disappointment was due to the restaurant not having brisket and mac n' cheese; the aroma uses you in, and your mouth waters, and then unavailable menú items...otherwise great when there are plenty of meat and sides available!

The only people in the place was a couple golf guys at the bar chatting it up with the bartender or waitress. Guess she was to busy making ball jokes with the guys. So I can't comment on the food since we didn't get to try it, but the service sucks.
