  Service was excellent but we were really disappointed with our meals. My prime rib was fatty and almost raw while my wife's steak was just the opposite. We should have sent both meals back but who wants to wait that long

  Alexander's was superb! Everything far exceeded our expectations. The service, atmosphere, wait staff,and food were excellent. I can't recommend Alexander's enough, especially if you are looking for a restaurant which is very upscale and understated. It's a must

  We selected this restaurant to have the Prime Rib. (One of my favorite entrees). When we got here and were seated; straight away, without a reservation, I noticed the Weiner Schnitzel!!! Such a rare treat to find THAT on a menu!!! It was VERY good, with the addition of a lobster tail, it was a meal to remember!!! My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Blackened Salmon, also with the addition of a lobster tail. So glad we came here. The Key Lime Pie put a delicious ribbon on top of the meal.

  An absolutely exceptional dining experience at Alexanders in Hilton Head Island. Beautiful ambiance, thoughtful details, and truly outstanding food. Every dish was prepared to perfection, both in flavor and presentation. What made the evening unforgettable, though, was our waiter, Sergey. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth set a whole new standard for service. He anticipated every need without ever being intrusive and made us feel completely taken care of throughout the night. It’s rare to find a place where both the cuisine and service shine equally, but Alexanders delivers on every level. We’ll absolutely be back.

  We had such a lovely dinner at Alexander’s. The food was delicious, but the service was even better. Honey, the general manager, was really kind and understanding when we were a bit late for our reservation and she checked in on us throughout the meal. What a wonderful human! Our servers, Toni and Devon, were equally wonderful. Toni went above and beyond to make sure that my celiac wife had all the information she needed to order the best meal she’s had in ages. They were many gluten-free options and the kitchen is very conscientious about cross-contamination and making sure guests are safe. Highly recommend a dinner at Alexander’s!
