  This location always look unclean and dirty. The owner or management should teach the kids how to use proper hygiene prior to preparing drinks. The recent visit involved a girl with wet hands come to the car with the tablet, then went to grab the cups rubbing her hands in her shirt. Her hands were so wet she left wet marks on the inside of my car. Trash typically is overflowing in the inside. Just seem be ran by children.

  I went to 7 Brew yesterday and wanted to get a strawberry and marshmallow milkshake. I know they can make it because I have ordered it before. The teenager taking my order claimed they can't make a strawberry and marshmallow drink. Then she claimed that they don't have marshmallow. They do have it, it's just "toasted" marshmallow. That's literally the same thing. You should be able to know what I'm referring to, instead of just jumping to correct me. Then she claimed that they can't do a milkshake, but a latte or a coffee. I said I want a milkshake and that I've ordered one there before. She said that they could make a toasted marshmallow milkshake. A young man comes out with a white drink and says that it's vanilla and toasted marshmallow. I said I ordered a strawberry and toasted marshmallow drink. Instead of taking it back to the kitchen, he just looked around at the other teenagers working there. The girl standing at the cash register had a nasty look on her face. I just took the drink. They didn't even hand me a straw. I asked for a straw and pulled off. This is absurd customer service. I work in customer service myself and I never try and correct my customers when they say something wrong. If you don't like people don't work there! Nobody likes your miserable attitude.

  It took us 30 minutes to get our coffee, the people they had working taking orders looked like they didn’t know what they were doing (ordered on app)

  We waited an unreasonably long time for a cold brew with cream, only to receive a plain cold brew. When we asked for the cream, they took it back and added what looked like barely an ounce. The coffee was still extremely bitter and absolutely not worth the wait. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing employees drinking what appeared to be freshly made drinks while the customer line stretched all the way to the main road. I’ve tried giving 7 Brew a chance, but this was my last visit.

  On 8/5/26 at 9:56 pm, I arrived second in line at 7 brew. When it was my time to order, the shift leader (female on this date and time) told her workers to not take my order despite being the only person in line and arriving before closing. The shift leader then ordered her workers to inform me of her decision. I expressed to one worker, Harlow, that we had been in line prior to closing. Harlow listened to our concern and went out of her way to make me my single drink. Harlow was amazingly kind, patient and generous to us. Great service by her.
