  Came around 9:30, ordered myself a nice coffee before I went to work. The coffee was spectacular and perfect. However on the flip side, the service wasn’t all that good. I was in the farther lane, and the lady was plain up rude. She gave me some nasty looks for absolutely no reason while I just waiting for my coffee. Not entirely sure if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but service is what makes or breaks the place. If the service is bad, then I won’t be back. Please fix your attitude woman, this isn’t cultivating kindness.

  It’s crazy you plaster marketing ads for people to come in and buy specific drinks, then when we do, we do not receive said item. Very unorganized and unfriendly location. SO happy for my usual pooler location. Will not return here.

  Coffee is good, but this has to be one of the slowest coffee shops I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve come here, it takes at least 30 minutes to get a coffee. I don’t understand why this specific location can’t figure out how to process cars quickly… the whole point of 7brew is to be fast and efficient.

  Today was the buy 2 get a nee doh event. Upon arrival, traffic was backed up on 278, and via Moss Creek back way. Lines didn’t move for 45 minutes. It got to a point where me and my sister saw people walking up to the window and did walk up orders?? There is no walk up window or signs anywhere to inform the customers of this. I asked the lady and she said “they always do walk ups”, so I got in line with my online order ready. We didn’t move for 2 HOURS. It was 90+ degrees out, not a single worker talked to us. Finally one lady came up and asked who didn’t order and everyone in this line raised their hand and she proceeded to YELL at us saying “Well I was back there! Where were yall?!” Which pissed a lot of people off and we also told her no, no one even saw here and we’ve been here for 2 hours and no one approached anyone in line. I’ve never been blamed for the lack of organization and urgency on an event the business put on. At least put up signs to direct people where to stand? They also messed up everyone’s orders. The staff kept talking to each other and ignoring customers and were extremely rude. In the window where we stood, no one was moving with urgency and they kept arguing with each other. I’ve never had such a horrible customer service experience.
