  I ordered smoothie. $7.13. They gave me $2 back back and said "we don't have change." I said not okay...you keep 87 cents without me saying "keep the change. " Not much money, but one thing not to have pennies and another to "help yourself."

  Me and my best friend went this morning to get drinks and got two macchiatos and what was supposed to be a chiller. Usually when you ask for a coffee chiller you get a coffee chiller, not a slushie with a shot of espresso dumped into it. The two girls at the window were incredibly unprofessional and were discussing personal business at very loud volumes. I have never had this experience with any other 7 brew. Extremely disappointed. It is unnecessary and unprofessional to have your employees talk bad about their jobs while customers are waiting for their orders. The only high praises I have are for the wonderful lady who took our order. She was charismatic and very accommodating. Do better 7brew.

  Wanted to leave a 5 star review, but the music was SO LOUD, I could barely hear the employee. He walked 2 feet from his station to my car and took my order has I'm trying to make sure he could hear my order. Then he ask for a tip, well he didn't personally ask the tablet did. ANOTHER company in America full of greed. Why is a tip needed? The employee didn't even say Hi Welcome, before even asking for my phone number. Maybe with a little more training for friendliness, then MAYBE a tip is deserved. Employees wouldn't need to ask for a tip if they were paid a decent wage.

  15 SF options, my wife is a diabetic so this place is awesome. The coffee flavor in the frozen mocha is strong as well.

  The music was way too loud . I literally thought the employee was holding a speaker in their hand while taking my order
