- SDStephanie DavisMay 1, 20262.0Im a dasher, came in with a smile to pick up my order. Young lady with glasses. During lunch time. Look at my order and asked her if the donut hole were in the bag. Frequently missing. She didnt respond. Then show her my phone and still mo response. She walks back to the counters and fixed the order . Then put it on the counter. Not uttering a word. Wow!!! Glad i only dash here.

- AMalexie mooreFeb 21, 20261.0we got there at 8:50 not seeing what time it was just trying to grab some quick ice cream when the workers literally ran to the door to lock it when they saw us pulling in and started laughing … this dunkin employees are jokes and need to get a different job if they seem to hate there’s soo much. not to mention food from here always comes out tasting like crap and they can’t even make a simple drink there and the employees are darn right just dumb and rude and messy.

I know it was 15 mins before closing but when I came in the girls was already throwing out all the donuts all the espresso machine already turned off and the coffee in the pot was flashing red. The 2 girls that was not working was leaning on the counter on their phones. I ordered 2 hot coffees and I was given old cold coffee. This is NOT Dunkin brands standards I know this for a fact. This is not my first time traveling thru Hartsville and stopped in to this location and the service and quality has just gone down hill. Do better with this location Mr.Patel your crew is making you look bad.
