  They did that thing where they ask you to pull up then forget about you. I ended up putting the car in reverse to ask for my food.

  This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited over half an hour for my food, and when I tried to speak to a staff member, she completely ignored me and walked right past. On top of that, my order was missing a cup that was supposed to come with my meal. When I asked about it, she turned to a coworker and said, “Now she wants a cup,” in a dismissive tone. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Some people should nt work in customer service. On top of all this the tables were dirty.

  So slow, under staffed and dirty. No clean table and garbage on the floor. This is some of the poorest management I’ve ever seen. Obviously, the corporate office doesn’t care about their reputation. The attitude of the employees was unacceptable. They did not want to be there.
