I love supporting BO businesses, but apart of running a good business is having good customer service and this restaurant goes above and beyond to ensure bad service. I dont mind waiting on food and understand its cooked to order, but if you’re charging a service fee for online orders then your system should display correct waiting times. There’s been several times I will go in to pick up and wait 30-1 hr additionally. The food just isn’t good at all to be the price it is, and the employees aren’t friendly nor professional (leadership isn’t either - no surprise ). Also I advise people to be aware of this before they get here, under NO circumstance will you receive a refund. The absolute no refund rule is a choice, but hospitality is also a choice.
Food is delicious! Flavor is flavoringgggg! Service is A1! (I've eaten here the last 3 days in a row — it's that good!) The photo is of their Geechie Shrimp Fries (dined in) and ordered take out last 2 times.

My brother saw the Kev on stage review when he came into town from GA, so I said I would try this place with him.. Before I get deep in this go to Keoni’s Express. Ordered 2 land and sea platters, 1 garlic oyster dinner, 1 garlic shrimp dinner, and 2 sides of crab rice. Total cost was $189. Overall rating is C from all patrons age range 11 to 46. Presentation was great, but flavor dang near garbage. Kev was being nice or he just don’t know. Broccoli and cheese had zero flavor, lobster tail was over cooked and like rubber with zero flavor, crab rice missed the mark, mashed potatoes were just mashed potatoes. As service, it is 1 star, but the cashiers made me give them 2. After ordering $189 of food to go, a free tea for my kids while waiting is not to much. So I thought. The manager told me if I spend $189 he spends $200, which makes no sense🤦🏾♂️ . Go to Keoni’s Express for better food for less the cost..

Great food, but they really need to provide an ingredient list for their desserts, especially for common allergens.
I purchased some cakes and specifically asked the woman who baked them if they contained peanuts. She told me no, so I ate the cake. Afterwards, she told me, “Yeah, there’s Reese’s in it.” 😳
I’m allergic to peanuts, so this was extremely concerning. What made it worse was the customer service afterward. I requested a refund through Cash App and was completely ignored.
The food was good, but allergen information and customer service matter, especially when someone specifically asks about an ingredient due to an allergy. This experience was not okay.
Food is always great! Pretty girl at the front is always nice and professional. The business is always clean. They open and show you your order before leaving the business so that’s a plus; so there’s no issues when leaving bc you know if you got everything you ordered.
