  Nostalgia had me visit for the lunch buffet. Not quite as good as I remember it from the golden days but still very good. Lots of pizza, no salad, red cups. Will be back!

  La comida estaba bien nada extraordinario ni tampoco malo, bastante normal, donde si tienen mucho que mejorar en es el personal, la actitud es descortés, desinteresada, la chica que a tendía le dije que quería comer en el restaurante y solo torció los ojos y me dijo busca lugar, con un tono de voz molesto. Al lugar le falta atención todas las mesas estaba muy sucias las ventilas del aire acondicionado estaban super sucias y el comedor olía mal. Servicio muy muy malo.

  Update 10/10/26 - it’s been 8 days since my original review and experience. I submitted a complaint through the Pizza Hut website as well and was told I would hear something in 2-3 business days. Nothing from them at all, I can only assume the terrible service is not just one store but corporation wide with Pizza Hut. I did get a response to my review on here from the store owner? But this does not come directly to me, so I have to be intentional about reading the response. And no way to get in touch with her directly. If you read this again and want to speak with me, then post your number on the review! Original 10/2/26 - I made an online order at 7pm. The estimator said it would be 7:23pm pick up. I was at the store at 7:15pm. At 7:33pm I checked my online order again as many people were in the lobby. It then said 7:58pm. I was asked several times for my name and order. They kept telling me it was coming. At 7:58pm I asked for a refund, I was told my order was being boxed, I said if that is the case those are my wings in the warmer and they’ve been in there for over 30’ since I had a view of people making wings. He said they were not and then went looking. At 8:08 I again said to the manager this time I need a refund and how ridiculous this was. She was very rude. Took my pizza and breadsticks that just came out and then put them in the warmer. She gave me my money back but wouldn’t even make it right. She said I gave you a refund, that was enough. I said I’ve been waiting over an hour for food and you're just going to be rude and not do anything. The other customers were in awe at how she handled this. This is my last time dealing with this store, it is dirty and the workers are always rude. I am done with Pizza Hut at this point. Online customer service is also no help!

  Did a mobile order and waited 20 mins to come pick it up then waited another 25 for the food. They forgot the wings had to go back in wait another 10 mins to be made. Then now I make it to finally eat my food and they done gave me regular breadsticks when I paid the up charge for the cheese ones. Also order a salad and of course they don’t got it and had to get a refund this place is completely terrible and just getting worse each time I’ve went here. I’ll never be back to this sorry location

  We have been coming to this Pizza Hut for their Wednesday night 80s pricing for quite some time, but after walking out without being served on our last THREE visits, I believe tonight was our last. We arrived around 6:30 PM, intending to dine in. After waiting approximately 10–12 minutes just to be acknowledged and seated, we finally gave up and walked out. Other customers were already sitting in the dining room without food, and it was obvious that DoorDash and takeout orders were getting far more attention than the customers who actually came in to eat. I understand that Wednesday nights are busy because of the special pricing, but if you're going to offer dine-in service, you need to take care of those customers, too! For a while, things were running pretty well when Keyanna, one of the managers, was waiting tables. She worked hard, and although it sometimes seemed like she had more than she could handle, she did her best to take care of everyone. Now she's making pizzas in the kitchen, and the dining room service has completely fallen apart. We have walked out on our last three visits because we simply could not get service. That's three chances to get it right. Tonight, we decided to take our business to Pizza Inn instead. It's disappointing because we genuinely enjoyed coming here. But a great Wednesday night special means absolutely nothing if you can't get waited on. Unfortunately, after three consecutive experiences like this, I don't see us coming back.
