  I placed my order online, when I went to pick it up , my pizza was already cold and I had to remicrowave it in order to eat it at least warm..

  So me and my family went in ready to eat. The server came to our table and got our drinks, 20 minutes later came our first pizza. 20 more minutes passed by, my mom went up to the counter to see where our food was. It was sitting on the counter in the boxes for a to-go order. They were on their phones and were not even acknowledging my mom. Then they told us that they had an online order come in right when we ordered. In my opinion, online orders can wait until they make it and then come and get it when its ready. But no, they decided to put a 8+ party food order in right before us, that's why we waited forever to get our food. And also, our first pizza that came out, was extremely dry and had literally no sauce on it. For the past few months we have been usually coming to Pizza Hut after church but not anymore. We waited an hour until we were fed up enough to walk out with our 2nd pizza and cheesticks that we payed for.

  Waited OVER an hour for 1 pizza Workers where on their phones and my pizza was just sitting on the counter getting cold Found a huge piece of Glass in my pizza

  They do not know how to get an order right and will not pick up the phone to fix it and when you order a $30 pizza on door dash and $90 order total this place gets it wrong you get $13 in a refund and this location will not pick up the phone to get the order fixed. They get the pizza completely wrong, dont send part of your food, and dont send any of the extra dipping sauces I paid extra for.
