  We went for an advertised lunch buffet. At the specified time no food was out. We had met for an hour lunch. 10 minutes later still nothing. I went and asked the staff whats happening. They said they were short staffed. We could see several though....They now had over 20 patrons waiting. They brought out 1 pizza which disappeared instantly with so many waiting. Next, 15-20 minutes later they got 3 more out. Which didnt get everyone again. There were some small bread sticks, cinnamon sticks- not good and an awful looking pasta. Asked if we could get our salads, girl said she'd get them. They bring 1 bowl each. 16 minute wait as well. Finally a pizza comes out. We, 3 of us, we're able to get 6 of those microscopic slices before over run with kids taking everything again. It was an absolute disaster. Asked for salt and pepper for salads, staff looked all over and couldn't find it. We've now had salad dressing upside down for 22 minutes and it won't budge. We're scared of it. I go to the bathroom and get trapped in the womens, where the door got stuck and a man had to open it! Filthy and scary. But still no pizza, place is dirty, tables and chairs are sooo sticky, gross. Then, staff mentions a bunch have the flu. Great. 😳 We decide to leave. The place is VERY dated, old & dirty looking. Wouldn't go back, staff on phones, bad management, inconsiderate to not offer comps for people who wasted their lunch breaks there for nothing but a nibble. 😞 ** picture of pizza on buffet is 74 minutes after they started buffet when we were leaving. Also, very loud for kids/ families who probably thought there would be food available to pacify those screaming kids. 10.99 + drinks is about $15! For nothing!

  Very disappointing the salad they just make the salad and give it to you there's no options. Lack of option on the buffet for pizzas a real disappointment. I recommend do not go for the buffet.

  Pizza had no sauce and no extra cheese. On top of that it was cold. Food was awful and service was worse! They will not get another dollar from me.

  This has got to be my worst experience with any employee for any business. Since when does the cashier get to talk down to a customer ? And I ask for a supervisor I got a shift supervisor who did nothing. So let me tell you how you handle a upset customer. First you tell the EMPLOYEE to be quiet and go to the back. Away from any more confrontation with the customer. You don't let them stay there and keep yelling. That only enrages the customer more. You definitely don't make a threats. I was asked to leave with nothing being done about the employee and his unprofessional mannerism. It shows that he doesn't care about the business he works for which results in less sale and bad reviews. Please take the time to view video from Friday the 17 around 6:30. Police were both called by me and "shift supervisor ". And when asked for them to call a supervisor or manager. they declined. Corporate has been notified and will be notified again on Monday as will the GM of this particular Pizza Hut. Was told that " the customer is always right doesn't apply anymore" since when. I'm sure you losing one customer is no big deal but I'm pretty sure corporate doesn't want to lose any customers.

  Sorry the pizza was for my son I could not deny him food. The order was for a large 3 topping pizza stuffed crust cupped pepperoni, bacon and ham. What we got was large one topping pepperoni. The wings were prepared in such a fashion it is obvious the shaking step was skipped, yes I shaked them myself. I have been in this pizza hut numerous times always a positive experience until today. As I came to the counter one employee said my name before I could provide it to the staff this makes me feel as if was personal. Yes the tip was most appropriate over five dollars.
