- CKChris KeyAug 9, 20261.0Called and immediately placed on hold. As my goal was to get pizza "on the way home", I figured I'd just drive straight there and wait a few minutes if necessary. Ended up sitting on hold over 15 minutes until I arrived and walked in. Upon arriving, I found out the worker was the *only* worker. So the poor person was trying to answer phones, ring people up, make pizzas, take pizzas out of the oven, cut them, etc etc. They were clearly stressed while trying to do the job of 3 people. I ended up picking up pizza elsewhere after being informed my order would take an hour and a half. The worker was extremely polite and apologetic, and clearly should not have been put in this position. Whoever is in charge of staffing at this location needs to do a better job.
