The staff are super friendly and work extremely hard to keep the restaurant running. I love the new fruity pebble shake, it tastes just like a bowl of cereal in the morning!

This fast food place has got to be one of the worst places I have been to lately. I have been coming here for years and have seen the quality of management and the overall atmosphere go downhill gradually and I can’t keep quiet about it anymore. The food is decent and the staff are actually pretty nice, but the management is horrible. There is no “designated manager” or shift lead and the owner is hardly ever there when I go. They always seem to be understaffed and one girl was having to do three jobs just to keep things moving last Saturday. Not to mention the broken machinery. One of their ice machines are down and I’ve seen their blenders break twice now. The stepladder a young man was on to refill the ice machine was unsteady, which that in itself is a hazard. I wouldn’t be surprised if the building itself weren’t up to code. The roof was recently under construction and the employees still had to work despite the debris falling from the ceiling and likely into the ice cream as well. That never used to happen a few years back. I have seen ants and roaches out in the dining area as well. One employee said that an exterminator came and sprayed the inside for the roaches a while back, but the problem still persists. I’m surprised no one has gotten sick yet. Even the air has a sickly smell to it as soon as you walk in. As much as I like the food here, it’s a shame to see things deteriorate. The owner needs to hire more staff so that his employees don’t have to be doing three jobs at once as well as appoint a manager or shift lead. I come here quite often, but I honestly think that something needs to change if the owner wants to keep his business running because after seeing what I have, I don’t think I want to return.

Went through the drive through to get some blizzards, got them. They did not put lids on them like they normally would, and I didn’t see anyone wearing a hat or hairnet which seems odd because that’s normally the protocol. I don’t want hair in my food or ice cream. The staff were horsing around laughing and couldn’t get their act straight to properly greet and serve us. This is the second time we’ve come to this Dairy Queen and both times there were no hats or hairnets. Will not be returning to this location.

If Google Maps says you’re open to 930pm on a Friday night don’t lock the doors at 830pm because you want to start cleaning early. Very unacceptable and this happened twice now both on Fridays. On top of that the workers said that their machines were just cleaned and they don’t want to make our orders. It doesn’t matter the machines were just cleaned, because they aren’t supposed to be cleaned before you close because you might have customers coming in. I get short staffing call outs I’ve worked in retail for 10 years. At the end of the day you work for a company and just because it’s Friday night does not mean you can cut corners so you can leave early. If you want a soupy mess with bad customer service come here, because that’s all you going to find between the hours of 8pm to 930pm
