  The staff at Chipotle were really friendly and helpful. At first, the rice in our order wasn’t fully cooked, but after we let them know, they kindly made us a fresh new batch right away. The new rice was soft, fluffy, and tasted great. Really appreciated how professionally and kindly they handled everything!

  Noticed people have the energy to complain but never to give praise when it’s due-only in America I guess. This Chipotle makes my bowls large enough, I’ll eat half for dinner and the rest the next day. The crew they have are extremely friendly and that’s what keep me coming back. From the comments about the store being messy, I’ve been here enough to know that’s only when customers don’t throw their trash away. Yes, the employees will clean it up but if they are hit with a rush, they try to get everyone their food and then clean up right afterwards in between surges. People just love to complain but I can tell you as this place being my #1 choice for dinner, they are the best, hands down! Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the crew and for all their hard work they do to keep such a busy restaurant running so smoothly!

  Your young team member with short brown hair and acne working the pick-up counter at 7:12 pm is exactly the kind of worker killing this brand. Yall are now open later because you arent making enough money because you employ people with terrible attitudes. He shrugged his shoulder when I asked him how long ONE burrito bowl would take. Genuinely pathetic customer service. Zero. And that's why this location is about to fall below a 3-star rating. Get this staff together. Contact me if you need a manager, but expect to lose some staff.

  Absolutely horrid service and horrible management. Never have I ever had my order ready at said time or handed to me within 15 minutes of getting there. Can’t believe it hasn’t been shut down

  Updating my review came here today at 11:03 AM 5/10/2026…..totally different experience from my last visit not gonna say anything bad but I hope it’s not just a one time good experience restaurant. It said the host was Isabella again, but this was a totally different person the person who made my taco look like the same person from the last time. I did not enjoy my visit my second trip here I’m gonna give it another try and after that, then I will determine if this is a good spot at this point… I hope it will be a better visit like my first.I usually go to the chipotle at 3116 North Pleasantburg Dr. but lately they have been horrible management and the food quality. there portions at the one on Pleasantburg is way beyond unreasonable. and the ingredients are never fresh watery sour cream old dried out vegetable …chicken cut up into so many small pieces ridiculous…..I tried a new location. This one is in Greer South Carolina 1126 W Wade Hampton Boulevard Greer South Carolina. I went inside the store and got two chicken bowls when I was placing my order first thing I noticed was that restaurant was very clean. When I walked in they greeted me. They were checking the temperatures of the food, making sure it was nice and clean around the station I’ll give them a 10 out of 10 the employee who was making my food she was very nice the lady at the register she was very nice. First thing I noticed even with the ingredients in the product the guacamole was not brown. It was fresh and green. The lettuce was green. The fajitas was fresh. The corn was fresh. I can go on and on, but you guys get my point on the receipt. It says the host was Isabella. My order number was number 306. The time was at 6:28 PM hands-down one of the most cleanest Chipotle I have been to and I look forward to returning in the future for my future orders after I paid for my order I went around to get forks and sauce for my chicken bowl. The station was clean. They are doing a great job in my opinion….great job to the whole team and thank you for having good customer service with great quality food. I highly recommend this Location I just hope it doesn’t change with the service and quality but at this point this will be my go to chipotle in my area. Thank you to the Chipotle team this day.
