  Bring the older ladies back who actually cared about this place and were so nice! Why does Chipotle management not care about their places and employees at all? Hire normal people, pay them more, and I promise more people will want to eat here. Last few times, both my husband and I got food poisoning, which makes me wonder how dirty their kitchens are now.

  4th straight visit with no chips. No cheese or forks this time. No salsa, corn, chips, or sour cream last time. Most poorly managed restaurant experiences time after time. Evening shift blames morning shift. Employees admit manager is never there. Food is fine, and I still come here often because I’m a glutton for punishmentu. Recommend calling to make sure they have what you want before driving/ordering.

  Genuinely the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my entire life. It’s right across the street from my gym so I keep giving them chances because I LOVE chipotle, but it’s truly god awful. From the pace, to the portions, the rice is overcooked every day, they just be out of stuff and don’t let the cook know in time so they’re just like “sorry?” … k Tonight they were out of kids trays, kids milk and chips. CHIPS! I’m a patient woman with service industry background and have never written a poor review, but if I can help one person from having a terrible experience (because you will) then so be it. I feel bad for the employees that get the wrath of angry customers because almost every person is unsatisfied.They need a SERIOUS management change- this place is a compete dumpster fire.

  The food was great and tasted fresh, but unfortunately the customer service was incredibly poor. I placed a mobile order because I wanted to be in and out, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, an employee pointed for me to come inside instead. Once I went inside, no one greeted me or explained where I was supposed to wait. I was told to stand in a random spot near an employee who was sweeping, and she kept looking at me awkwardly, which made me feel uncomfortable and like I was in the way. I eventually had to ask if everything was okay because I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to be doing. The employee who initially directed me inside then walked away to help other customers, leaving me standing there without any assistance. Eventually, the employee who was sweeping asked if I needed something, and I explained that I had placed a mobile order. I was then asked for my name and whether I had two orders before finally receiving my food. The food itself was good, but the overall experience was very awkward and unwelcoming. I just wanted to pick up my order and leave, and the customer service made what should have been a quick and simple experience unnecessarily uncomfortable.

  This is the second time we have been here. Both times have been terrible. The 1st time we came in there was no food in the trays, dirty tables, dirt prep stations, food littered all over the counters and no one prepping more or cleaning up. There were at least 4 people working. 2 were in the driveup and the other 2 were in the back. None of them seemed concerned, just wouldn't make eye contact. No one said anything just totally ignored the customers. There were 4 people in line when we first got there. Another 7 came in while we were waiting for food to be cooked but still no cleaning as they went. This time, pretty much the same. The place was a mess. 2 people working. Still empty trays and messy everwhere.While people were in line, one worker fixed a big bag of food, got a soda and walked out. This is the worst managed Chipotle I have ever been in.
