  I ordered in drive thru,l exactly said l need a number 5 combo on the crispy sandwich no tomato,with sliced cheddar cheese and onion with curly fries and a medium strawberry lemonade.l also need a ham and cheese sandwich.When l got my bag the curly fries were not in the bag and they put liquid cheese on the chicken sandwich.l went inside and the shift manager replaced my sandwich and gave me a large order of curly fries.%he drive the employee named Arizona kept saying l did not order a combo and then told me l had to pay for the fries in which she rung up on the front register and l paid.The sandwich chicken sandwich was undercooked (raw) and the curly fries were cold.They were not busy ,l was in a good mood until the associate went above and beyond about a mistake she made.l won't stop and this restaurant anytime soon ,l will just go to the one in greer.

  We stopped by to grab the 4 for $12. We didn't have the coupon on us. The lady at the window had an extra coupon and let us use it. She went above and beyond. We normally go to the one by our house but, today we went to a different one. We are very pleased with the service.
