  My family picked up a mobile order and they left a drink out. No one there could refund me and I had to call corporate and spend 15 minutes trying to get back 3.39. Guessing that is part of the business model, take your money hopping you’ll give up on getting it back. I wish I could say this is the first time I’ve had this issue with them. Eat here only if you have no other options and are extremely desperate.

  For the last 3 days I've been getting the Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was very delicious all three times best I've ever had

  Roast beef coupon for 2 was a good price for 2. Clean bathrooms and restaurant too. Not sure why they are not busy all tge time.

  The key is location, I got the bar b q sandwich pulled pork in Lyman, service food and Atmosphere crisp clean and fresh,best bar b q,next time in Travelers Rest had the brisket, again a clone of Lyman, fresh clean crisp. Now I goʻ to Wade Hampton Arby's, got the bowl evidently left from yesterday the place was not clean crisp or friendly, gave it back to them and walked out ,wife said I should have ask for refund,

  I came here two days ago and meant to leave my review then .. I’ve been in the food industry,retail and it’s always the simple things that make a 10/10 service for a customer to want to return and I probably won’t .. no one said anything to me and my friend as we entered then the cashier finally came from the back still no greeting just are you ready ? I get two combos .. why when I get my order there was an African American lady with kinky twists and a head set standing in the middle of the kitchen on her phone for a good minute annnnd I asked my friend if they see what I see ?. When our order was ready kinky twists threw the bag on the counter and asked if we needed sauces I responded ketchup . She literally Put four in there and walked away my friend didn’t believe me so took out then food and counted it while I went back for more thankfully I did because there were literally 4 packs .. not to mention one of the employees told us a majority of the food isn’t really fresh and none of them eat it after spending $30 for two medium combos…… so eh won’t be back !
