I understand it’s a Saturday morning and busy but it’s your job to be kind and respectful to people in customer service jobs. She made no attempt to hear what we were saying. Repeatedly tried correcting us and telling us what we were ordering was wrong but we re told her the order maybe 5 times and she was giving us an attitude and never repeated it to make sure it was correct and just told us to pay at the front. And as we were leaving we saw her pointing and laughing with another coworker at us. I come here very often and have never had such a bad experience. I don’t think I’ll be returning
