  It’s become common to get the incorrect order. Last time I ordered a bbq chicken pizza with extra sauce no onionsand got an insane amount of buffalo instead of bbq. Buffalo sauce alone is inedible but oh my god that was horrible. This time same thing, extra sauce no onions and made incorrectly again. The pizza is good when made right but I’m debating even continuing to go because I never get the right thing. It’s all the way across town and a waste of time. Service is almost always horrible as well. Either rude or just don’t say anything to you, and get mad if something is wrong.

  After the long drive from Buffalo, NY. We stopped in for a late dinner. We were able to dine in and the restaurant was better than the ones back home. We were welcomed warmly and the waitress was on top of all of our needs throughout the time we were here. We got a personal pan pizza, a medium stuffed crust, and 8 boneless wings. The food came out quickly. We would recommend this restaurant specifically to anyone who wants to stop for good food and great service.

  I came here to get some food for my little cousin not only was the service good! The food came out fresh and hot! This place is like a hidden gem for you and families or friends!

  Very bad service will be very bad in just taking your order and more in bringing it what they lack is personal the person who attended us to what waso very well it is not his fault but there they need to hire more people

  Placed an online order to be carried out, and the app said it would be ready at 9:49 PM. Pulled in the drive-thru behind a vehicle, and had to wait over 10 minutes before a worker took the persons order. Once I got to the window, I told the worker I had a mobile order. They had the pizza ready, but not the breadsticks or cinnamon rolls. Was told to pull up by the door, and had to wait over ANOTHER 10 minutes for all of my food. It was after 10 PM by the time I got my food. My breadsticks and cinnamon rolls were in the same box, but have had them in separate boxes previous times I’ve been. Breadsticks had chunks of garlic inside of them and were not cut at all. The cinnamon rolls smelled like they were cooked with the breadsticks. Absolutely ridiculous! I had an encounter a few years ago that made me not a customer anymore, but decided to give them another chance about two months ago. My order from tonight made me realize that I am not returning to Pizza Hut at all anymore!
