  This was our first time going to the Greenwood Panera Bread and it wasn’t a great experience. We ordered bagels and coffees and the cashier seemed very aloof and when we got our food there was what looked like egg stuck to our plates. We also got coffees and they had no flavor which was disappointing for a $5 coffee. I went back to the counter to let them know and the employee asked me “what do you want?”. The team lead did come out and apologize and she had everything remade correctly which was appreciated.

  This place takes entirely too long to get your order. There was a car in front of me before I pulled forward they waited on their order for fifteen minutes before they received it & so did I. Ridiculous!
