Weren’t warmed or cooked. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t allow her to eat that. Went to Wendy’s up the road to get her a meal. This McDonald’s has become the worst. Even Lauren’s does better

The young lady at the second window asked me to pull forward and they would bring out my food. Sure, I understand, I don't mind waiting a couple minutes... 15 minutes later, zero communication from anyone, I had to go back inside the store and was met with essentially blank stares. If I had not gone back in I would still be waiting there right now.
