One for myself and one for my mother through the chipotle app for my mom to pick up on the way home. Upon opening the bags we received a DoorDash order that belonged to neither of us and on top of that the bowl that was supposed to be mine was skimpy as well and had incorrect ingredients on it. The doordash order was pork which my mom does not eat so she ate around the pork to eat the remaining portion. She told me how the worker was on her phone the majority of the time she was trying to get the food. I am beyond disappointed in this service and establishment. I reported the issue to the franchise thinking it was just poor service and quality, but it was actually a completely incorrect issue that has left me incredibly disappointed. UPON FURTHER LOOKING AT MY BOWL IT WAS ALL A DOORDASH ORDER SO I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR
