  I was charged $5 more and customer service literally just doesn't care and the food was COLD and leaking everywhere. $50 for a mess that my family didn't even eat. I am appalled by the experience and also the customer service. I asked for my $5 back and they won't so now I just want a full refund because the experience AND the food together was not worth my hard-earned money, especially if they are going to give me a hard time about a $5 adjustment

  4:00 PM June 19, 2026. Store was dirty, food was not hot but barely lukewarm, and service was DEPLORABLE!!! The girl who waited on us mumbled and we could barely make out what she was saying as we needed help being our first time eating at Chipotle. NEVER AGAIN!!! SO unprofessional!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED in a new restaurant with this kind of service!!! Hope your experience will be better than ours. Filthy store and pitiful service!!!

  My food had no chicken food is to expensive not to get what you order then I was charged for something I didn’t get get I came he a few times when opened the store The portion size Was fine but not now And it seems like everybody has attitudes there and a really big issue I seen was a young lady spraying window cleaner inside of the food area glass I know you can’t be doing that don’t want food tasting like Windex I will not come back anymore this place have not been open 90 days and got all these bad reviews is crazy

  They had at least 7 employees "working" and seemingly some off the clock or friends hanging out. Only one guy on the line and he had no idea what he was doing. Watched him butcher a kids burrito who ordered before me for like 5 min before giving up and just rolling the mangled ingredients in a foil and saying to hell with it. Every container on line was empty or close to empty and after getting my food or slop really is what it was thrown together by the unhappy untrained guy. It sat on the cold counter for nearly 10 whole minutes while the 4 to 5 other employees and manager ignored me alone at the register and my food and made themselves salads and talked to each other and friends joking around. I literally have never In my life ( and I've lived in greenwood for over 5 years so this is a bold statement) have had such a horrible food service experience. Every single employee and manager on that shift should be fired. Corporate needs to start from scratch and come rebuild the staff or just close it down. Cause it is not gonna last. The typical greenwood food service attitude of " I don't want to be at work and I don't care about you or your experience. I'm actually pissed your even here and if you dare expect or ask for anything close to a normal service experience or food quality I'm going to treat you like garbage" mindset. Fire everyone. Shut it down. Burn the building.

  I had the worst experience today chipotle ever. The guy lied to me when I ask for the veggies( mixed onions and green pepper) and said they don't sell the veggies instead of asking if I could wait until they finished make more. Remind you I went in today around 3pm in the pouring down rain. The I asked for cheeses and I looked me in my face again and said they don't sell cheese. Another young lady came and offer to give me some cheese from the other area where they have the condiments. With a long line the cashier yelling out look that she was about to quit because she had to pee since 7am. Like wow.. really disgusting thing to say in front a bunch of hungry folks..smh
