  I ordered two bowls - one double honey chipotle chicken and the other steak. One for myself and one for my mother through the chipotle app for my mom to pick up on the way home. Upon opening the bags we received a DoorDash order that belonged to neither of us and on top of that the bowl that was supposed to be mine was skimpy as well and had incorrect ingredients on it. The doordash order was pork which my mom does not eat so she ate around the pork to eat the remaining portion. She told me how the worker was on her phone the majority of the time she was trying to get the food. I am beyond disappointed in this service and establishment. I reported the issue to the franchise thinking it was just poor service and quality, but it was actually a completely incorrect issue that has left me incredibly disappointed. UPON FURTHER LOOKING AT MY BOWL IT WAS ALL A DOORDASH ORDER SO I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR

  The manager is extremely unprofessional. After complaining about the uncleanliness of the serving area and an employee dropping their glove on the ground, I then come back to find the employee now working the service counter. Walking into the resturant the same worker and same manager proceeded to look at me and then laugh to each other, ignored me for 5 mins and then proceeded to make my food while laughing to each other with a smart attitude. No one but one worker was wearing gloves this time. This is truly disappointing because I like the food here but will ABSOLUTELY NEVER BE BACK.

  bought three soft tacos and one bowl on my extra sour cream bowl they put light sour cream and for my three soft tacos I got two tacos and one empty tortilla

  I’ve been to nearly all the Chipotles in the upstate. Hands down the worst location. It checks all the boxes for a bad experience. Bad service: check. Dirty tables: check. Rude staff: check. What I didn’t expect is for the chicken to not be seasoned, that was surprising. Unfortunately, this location is just a mess. Hopefully, they get their act together. I will just avoid this location moving forward.

  The staff seemed a bit disorganized (& perhaps not trained well?), and their communication with each other as far as making the process smooth was lacking. Simple tasks were made more difficult than need be. Our tortilla chips were stale, and the manager said that's just how they are sometimes. We got a replacement, which wasn't stale, so that's indeed not "just how they are." Why would chips just be stale as the norm? That was just weird that she even provided that as an excuse. Overall, it was just an okay experience. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back here. Also worth mentioning: their Google Maps location is not accurate, so if you use a GPS to try to get there, it'll likely tell you it's "inside the mall," which it is NOT.
