I walk in to a cook/cashier hollering at me, staff members sitting and standing around, and find out my food I ordered 40 minutes prior hasn’t even begun cooking yet. The restaurant looks and smells unappetizing, my order took an additional 35 minutes to be made, despite the interior and drive through being completely empty. The chicken was undercooked and I was shorted multiple biscuits. Management really needs to reassess who they hire, upgrade the cleanliness around the establishment, and raise standards, especially considering the recent downturning of reviews. Hopefully this gets resolved, because Bojangles is a family favorite.

This last trip I ordered a 12 pc family meal and was shocked that they said they had to check if they had chicken. Then the dirty rice had not one piece or crumb of sausage-I guess they left that out while making that batch. And then we waited 25 minutes for them to cook biscuits. At 1:00 on Sunday, why would you not have chicken or biscuits cooked? The worst part was the smell of the rancid oil, dirt equipment in the kitchen that you clearly see from the lobby while waiting for your order, and the way the staff was dressed- like they wore their uniform shirts all week long without washing them. Don’t get me started on all the long loose hair flying around and dirty stocking caps they had on. It was truly disappointing and pretty disgusting from my point of view. Where has the work ethic and quality gone, while the prices continue to rise?
