  About like the rest of the restaurants, they are only as good as their worst employee and most don't care so I would stay away. or you could drive to the Deli @ Pelham for some quality food made with Pride.

  Thomas and or Tomas handled our food being wrong very well, he said we could dive up there and re do the food if it was done wrong, and before you order make sure you say it’s plain. Great Guy made it the whole interaction better

  I went through the drive-thru mid-afternoon. There was no one else around. I placed my order and pulled around. I told the employee that the total seemed to be higher by $4; she doesn't say anything about it, but disappeared. I watched her knock on an office door and wander around for a minute before returning to the register. She mumbled something about "it always does this" and processed my payment. At this point, it has been at least four minutes since I ordered. She asks me to pull forward. Another couple minutes passes before she brings my food out. The chicken wrap was hot despite being messy. Unfortunately, the patty melt was cold - it was clear it had been sitting while they waited on my chicken. I honestly won't be surprised if and when this location closes just like the Woodruff Rd spot.

  Waited at the drive through window for 15 minutes before we got our food. It was early dinner time, we were the only car in the line and there weren't many cars in the parking lot. Just slow. And not like anything was piping hot when we got it either so I have a hard time believing it was to make a fresh batch of fries or anything like that. Staff didn't say anything about it either, no apology or excuse. As if we were just another happy customer. First experience and it was a bad one. Expensive, slow and all that for just your average fast food quality. Feels like McDonalds quality for Five Guys prices. Won't be going back.

  The woman that helped me was so AMAZING and kind!!!!! She really cared about my family and I and had some great suggestions!! Her name tag says Kym and the receipt says Kymnequa B. I only wish she worked in the Whataburger in Simpsonville near my house so I can see her more!! What a beautiful spirit she has!! She was also asking other tables how they were doing and was just so genuine and kind!!! SHE DEFINITELY is a big asset to this establishment! The whole restaurant was also spotless! My whole family LOVED her!!💗💛❤️🌸😇
