It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Kym was absolutely amazing!!! I wish I had a store staffed with 20 of her!! I’m not sure why she is not a manager but she should most definitely be! She was so knowledgeable about the menu, gave us samples and was just over the top, genuinely friendly.

Kym walked through the whole menu and gave important details on stuff in all about 20-30 secs. She also informed us of the Sunday free 12-3 spicy chicken sandwich.
The food is alright. The chicken sandwich was tough and with the fries being so skinny they get cold really fast.

This is one of a kind. I have never been treated so nicely at a fast food restaurant. People that actually enjoy working at a place says alot about management. Ms. Kym is amazing, brought my experience to another level. Those other places need to learn.

Ms. Kym (and made sure to include the y) was an awesome server today. I’ve been to whataburger twice now and y’all (at both locations I’ve been to) have gone above and beyond. It’s crazy that we get amazing service at a fast food chain like Whataburger and get not even a fraction of it at $200 a plate restaurants. Also I wanna point out that not once did I see Ms. Kym stop. When she wasn’t serving guests, she was mopping floors or running stock (like at the straw and napkin counters).

This place has horrible service, went through the drive through didn’t get my milkshake and now I get home and my French fries aren’t in the bag. Fast food service is not hard, read the screen and put it in the bag it is not rocket science guys come on. Thats the last time I ever go to Whataburger this is the third time this has happened at the same Pelham rd location.
