    Great place to hang out. Be careful though the money adds up quick. And as a patent who is paying a simple golf game at 40$ quickly went to 350$. Will go again!!!

    I used to go to TopGolf all the time. Our family loved it but after yesterday we will never be back. There was no menus, felt pushed about mobile ordering. Also, had to download the app to even see a menu. When we come out to have a great time with our family. Then we have to do our own ordering, have to have the app to even order. On top of that I am being charged to golf (using my time) but have to do all this extra that a bay host could do for us. This made the atmosphere and the service not enjoyable. I come out to relax and have a good time and no longer can do that at TopGolf.

    I booked a reservation online over a week ago for Father’s Day. I later found out that some ppl on the reservation couldn’t make it so I called and adjusted my reservation to one bay instead of two and customer service explained that changes could be made since my reservation was days away. And that the $84 I spent to reserve would be credited to my bill day of event. On the day of my reservation I get notified that two bays await me. I explain upon entering that I only need one as I updated my reservation and when I get my bill none of the $84 I paid is credited even though the second bay was used by another family. I was told that when you call you don’t get the location but a help desk elsewhere and often times they give out false info. For a business this large why would you allow your customer service department to continually misinform guests? If it’s a known issue it seems like it should be addressed. Also when I made the reservation a $20 gift card was advertised if you booked online. I never received this gift card and was told that most ppl hadn’t but my request for the item advertised would be given to management Monday. As a person with several years of retail management experience it just seems like a company should honor the specials they advertise without customers having to complain to management.

    Absolutely love this place and had a great time so we decided to come back . Except this time the service was horrible . Waitress was careless and rude as soon as first came to us and throughout the the whole experience and a lot of times gone somewhere and other staff was around and brought things and they were so sweet and nice . Usually brush stuff off but the attitude got to me and almost ruined it for me . I still love top golf and will still be back just hope next time the service is better

    The food was decent for the price. The service on the other hand was horrendous we were in bay #204 our waitress barely ever came to the table on her own without us having to wave her over and when she did come she had a awful attitude and no positive customer service attitude. She was very sharp and to the point and made no effort to seem like she was enjoying her job in the slightest. she came to get our drink order and bring us back our drinks as soon as we got there. we placed the food order on the app and she did not come back again until we were 3/4 of the way thru our meal so we asked for ranch for our food she said she would put the order into the kitchen for them to bring it to us and we never got the ranch. we had to wave her over to the table to get the first refill which we had her put in a Togo cup because we were already done with our food after we had empty drinks for 25 mins when we asked for the refill and she went to get them she gave us the card reader and told us we could pay using the carder reader. The entire time we were there anytime we looked for her to get refills or ask for the ranch etc. she was either standing on the side talking to coworkers or sitting in a empty bay on the couch talking with coworkers. When we did get her attention and waved her over to us she had an attitude and was quick to try and walk away before we could finish what we were asking. And to add I have a 11 month old son who I have to change on a changing table and the changing table in the women’s bathroom on the second floor was broken and slanted completely sideways where my son couldn’t even lay on it without sliding off so I had to resort to changing him on the floor on one of his blankets which is just wrong and nasty but I had no other choice! We come from out of town to go to top golf and have been many times and have never had such bad service! Really sad to say we will not be back to this location because of this poor service!
