  we went may 12th, at 1:55pm, the only car in the drive thru, no one was ahead of us or behind us, we get to the speaker, the employee told us to “order when we’re ready” so we were sitting there looking and talking to our kids about what they want, for maybe a minute, probably not even a minute, the employee then gets back on the speaker and tells us to “come inside and order because we are running up her drive thru time”, so we just left. first of all, don’t tell me “order when you’re ready” and then proceed to rush me after half minute. and secondly, have a better attitude/tone about it. it’s YOUR job, if you actually did what you’re supposed to and when you’re supposed to, maybe your drive thru times wouldn’t be up🤷🏻‍♀️just my opinion 🙄. I get it but at the same time, we weren’t even there 2 full minutes, we were literally the only car there.

  I got Taco Bell last night and the cook asked if fries were okay since they didn't have potatoes for my spicy potato taco. I said yeah bc I thought I was getting just a thing of nacho fries. I did NOT want fries on my taco!!! I also asked for hot & fire sauce but just got a bunch of mild sauce... kinda wasted my money on this one.

  Excellent customer service from the staff working tonight, particularly the woman with short Black hair working the counter. Clean store, working efficiently and professionally.

  Probably the wildest experience I've ever had in a drive-thru. Pulled into a long line, waited 10 minutes to get to the ordering screen, get told "sorry we aren't taking drive thru orders today, you'll have to come in or leave" but I'm already trapped from the line of cars behind me and in front of me. I end up waiting 30 more minutes in line because the people in line ahead of me took forever to get their food. And then I head the people behind me take their orders, which the drive thru accepts. So I had to spend 40 minutes in line just to not get any food. Missed my entire lunch break. I'm not sure if the cashier has a vendetta against me specifically, or what.
