- JJJeremyJan 6, 20221.0Pizza quality absolutely awful. The pizza I received was disgusting. Felt like I was drinking a bowl full of grease, cheese and white sauce. Normally the pizzas I get from the Augusta Road Pizza Hut are really good but I was closer to this one. Very unhappy. They also do not answer the phones as you try to call.

Been waiting over 3 hours for a delivery, called numerous times to find out where it was and nobody is answering the phone. Don't offer delivery if you don't have the employees to deliver. An absolute disaster of a customer service. Many other pizza places to order from. It will be the last time we order pizza hut

Our address couldn't be entered for some reason & the person taking the order didn't seem to care to try to make it work. Only wanted to transfer us to someone else, that didn't even answer. We ended up calling Papa Johns and having pizza within 30min.
