- TTTabitha TALBERTApr 20, 20261.0I would eat frozen pizza before ever ordering here again. No one ever answers the phone if they do they hang up immediately. The call center and customer service is zero help. This is the absolute worst experience with a Pizza Hut. My pizza was over 10 min late to start with ok whatever no bigs. I get it and it has to be the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever ate. There’s no sauce on the pizza. I ordered extra marinara sauce and not one was in the order: part of the toppings look and taste like they were just thrown on the top after cooked: after calling n being transferred to store n store hanging up after saying hello 8+ times they need a new manager and when I can get the district manager I will let him know they need to just give up on this store

I have been on old with corporate trying to get the store on the phone for 14min and 6sec and counting. Nw it shows as preparing what a joke pizza hut has become, now we're at 16m 25s
