- JJJoseph6 days ago1.0Never received a delivery for Lrg pizza on 7-1-2026.. my order was delivered by door dash as 3rd party for Pizza Hut.. to wrong location.. called store put on hold over 7 mins, .. then called back to store redirected to call center, and they transferred me back to store, never answered,, did this numerous of times.. next time I use domino or pizza locations

Contacted the email provided in their google review, they said they would pass the information along. Never contacted. My pizza was 2 hours late and ice cold. Do NOT order from here. They do not care about quality or their customers.

I ask the ladie why they weren’t taking any orders and she told me they had so many orders to do. There wasn’t a single car. I asked her if she could still take my order and she said yes with a bad tone. I was trying to order and i got interrupted twice by the ladies telling me something weren’t working so my pizza was gonna take time, and i said no problem. I kept going with my order and ask for wings. She said the fryer wasn’t working so i asked can you make it or not? She replied yes she could but it was going to take more time. She said we close at 9 and it was only 8:20. Dear Pizza Hut make sure yall hire people that wants to work.

I’m very upset i bought two large 3 topping pizza the pizza was so thin you can literally see thru it idk if someone was having a bad day or what but i would like a refund or credit this is unacceptable
