  We dined there on a Monday. As we came in, we noticed it wasn't that crowded.But then again, it was a monday, a little after eleven a m.They had just opened. As we were headed to the table, we were asked to pay first.This was after we set down.So we got up again and paid. The buffet would have been a reasonable price if they would have been more choices, in all, they were two, maybe three different choices of pizza( None of the pizzas that we tried had enough sauce or great taste.).A baked bread sticks a small salad bar, the only ,desserts was a dessert bread stick, which was okay.But a little bland. without any different sauce it was very hot outside ( over 100 degrees).So naturally, and we wanted a ice cold drink.We were told they had no ice at all.And we had the purchase a twenty ounce, pepsi product,, we were back to that the ice machine is not working yet.There's an ingles across the road, where they could have got a bag of ice or 2. upon going to the salad bar, we noticed there was no ranch dressing at all, which in fact is a very popular dressing, and they had a possible choices of three dressings. , THE EMPLOYEE IN FACT, DID BRING A Dressing, WHICH WAS DRESSING DIPPING CUPS) i thought that was very odd bc.,.It is in fact a popular Dressing and.I would say the best thing is the person which i'm not sure was supposed to be a waitress or not.She checked us out and did check on us at least once or twice.She, in fact, was friendly.The only other person I saw working there was a young man. After we dined one of us had to use the restroom.And in fact, there was a combination code for that, was locked.So in fact, you had to go get a key from an employee to even use the restroom. All in all , for the choices and the money I would really go to a pizza inn, great salad bar in pizza and of course, ice for your drinks. If you wanted even a cheaper option, you could go to c c's pizza.And even there find more choices. If this, in fact is the pizza, that's new buffet, it needs to be improved. And given more choices for the customers and a cup of ice on a hundred plus degree day would be great to go in your drink. Needless..to say we won't be back .!!

  Called and was told on the phone that they did cash delivery and explained that i wouldn’t be allowed to pay with $50s or &100 and that the drivers would only carry $20 (basic common sense) after finding out they didn’t have all the toppings that i didn’t wanted i called another pizza place and then called them back, after i finished giving him my order he said that i would need to pay with card and they don’t do cash deliveries, after requesting to speak to a manager left on hold.

  I called the store an and waited over 10 minutes on the phone for someone to answer the phone hung up rode by and there all out side smoking in front of the front door I just left I'll never return if customer service is really this bad

  This location has went down hill over last couple of years. Normally when I order now I go to a different location but tonight decided to give this location another chance. Placed my order on the app and when we got there to pickup up they basically rushed us out the door and then locked it. Once we got home our food was cold, part of my order was missing, and all around wasn't great. I tried calling up there and the call center put me through to the store and they wouldn't answer. Will not return to this location

  I did an online order for chicken Alfredo pasta with the cheese sticks. I checked my food at the restaurant and it was good, boy was I wrong I get home and start eating and notice it has a very weird and off putting taste I ask my boyfriend to come in and try it and he said he could smell it when he walked into the room. The pasta was bad the only thing I was able to eat was the bread. Do better, don’t serve your customers bad food. I will not be going back to this location
