Ordered, didn’t receive an item, then waited on the phone for an hour after calling to get absolutely no one from the store. Customer service is non existent and would leave me to believe the employees of this business care less about the customer service experience and store impressions then they do about quality control.

Open late when most other places are closed. Meat lovers pizza is a still a favorite 30 years after I had my first one. Very friendly service. Dinner was great for ordering at 1045. The manager was nice and helpful with my order. In an era where restaurants don't feel it policy to make food for the duration of their open hours, in order for staff to leave early or 'at close'. Pizza hut is does not do business like that.

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. If a negative star rating was an option, they would receive it here.
We chose to dine in because this Pizza Hut is conveniently located across the street from the movie theater because we had tickets and wanted a quick dinner beforehand. Unfortunately, the experience started off badly and only got worse.
We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone took our order. Then, in the middle of taking it, the employee abruptly said, “Hold on,” and started yelling names into the back kitchen trying to find someone. We have no idea why, but we were left standing there while our order was interrupted.
We ordered the Family Deal, which included wings, breadsticks (we paid extra to upgrade to cinnamon sticks), a medium pepperoni pizza, and a medium two-topping pizza.
After placing our order, we waited 45 minutes before a single pizza was brought out. During that time, multiple families who arrived after us received their food, ate their meals, and left. We also watched numerous carryout orders that were placed after ours get made and leave the restaurant while we continued to wait. There didn’t seem to be any priority or organization to the order in which food was being prepared.
By that point, we knew we were going to miss our movie if we continued waiting, so I asked them to simply put the second pizza—however much of it was finished—into a to-go box.
Incredibly, that took another 20 minutes.
I eventually had to leave the restaurant to get my kids into the car while still waiting. I then went back inside and requested a refund because the entire reason we dined in was to eat before our movie, and Pizza Hut completely ruined those plans. Instead of making it right, they simply handed me the food and refused to refund us.
To make matters worse, the food wasn’t even good. After waiting well over an hour, the pizzas and wings were disappointing, and instead of the cinnamon breadsticks we paid extra for, we were given Parmesan breadsticks. The dining room was also in terrible condition—almost every table was dirty with dishes or crumbs, making the restaurant feel neglected and uninviting.
Over an hour of waiting for two medium pizzas and breadsticks is inexcusable, especially when no one communicated with us, apologized for the delays, or attempted to make the situation right. We paid extra for an item we didn’t receive, missed the opportunity to enjoy dinner before our movie, and left feeling completely ignored as customer after customer who ordered after us was served first.
This was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had in a long time. We won’t be back, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend dining at this location.
We dined there on a Monday. As we came in, we noticed it wasn't that crowded. But then again, it was a monday, a little after eleven a m.They had just opened. As we were headed to the table, we were asked to pay first. This was after we set down.So we got up again and paid. The buffet would have been a reasonable price if they would have been more choices, in all, they were two, maybe three different choices of pizza( None of the pizzas that we tried had enough sauce or great taste.).A baked bread sticks a small salad bar, the only ,desserts was a dessert bread stick, which was okay. But a little bland. without any different sauce it was very hot outside ( over 100 degrees). So naturally, and we wanted a ice cold drink. We were told they had no ice at all.And we had the purchase a twenty ounce, pepsi product,, we were back to that the ice machine is not working yet. There's an ingles across the road, where they could have got a bag of ice or 2. upon going to the salad bar, we noticed there was no ranch dressing at all, which in fact is a very popular dressing, and they had a possible choices of three dressings. , THE EMPLOYEE IN FACT, DID BRING A Dressing, WHICH WAS DRESSING DIPPING CUPS) i thought that was very odd bc.,.It is in fact a popular Dressing and.I would say the best thing is the person which i'm not sure was supposed to be a waitress or not.She checked us out and did check on us at least once or twice. She, in fact, was friendly. The only other person I saw working there was a young man. After we dined one of us had to use the restroom. And in fact, there was a combination code for that, was locked. So in fact, you had to go get a key from an employee to even use the restroom. All in all , for the choices and the money I would really go to a pizza inn, great salad bar in pizza and of course, ice for your drinks. If you wanted even a cheaper option, you could go to c c's pizza. And even there find more choices. If this, in fact is the pizza, that's new buffet, it needs to be improved.
And given more choices for the customers and a cup of ice on a hundred plus degree day would be great to go in your drink. Needless..to say we won't be back .!!
