I understand deliveries can get back tracked with lil delivery drivers but the taste of the food was just horrible, the smell was unpleasant as well. Just not worth the money spent nor the time i had to wait.

I received a confirmation for 9:38-48. i arrived at 9:40 when the tracker said the pizza was ready. as i walked up to the door, another customer poked their head out of the car to tell me the doors were locked. i pulled the handles and low and behold, my pizza was behind locked doors. i went through the drive through to pick up my order and there was an employees car with the papa john’s delivery sign sitting halfway in the lane. after moving around him and sitting in the line for 10 mins, we pull up to the window and see the cashier counting change for another five. two employees behind him were just sitting on their phones. once he asked for the name of the order he grabbed it and handed it to us, without a mention of the entire situation. actually ridiculous.
