  Our waitress was great, there were a cpl of minor issues but the manager went above and beyond correcting the issue

  Sent soup back twice apparently the kitchen couldn’t make it hot so offered me an alternative so had house salad also inedible the lettuce was so old. My entree arrived, teriyaki fillet skewers, even the outback steak knives couldn’t match the tough meat. Only makes me appreciate Texas Roadhouse even more

  This was from a DoorDash order I placed a couple of hours ago. I think they started with a poor piece of meat, even though it was supposedly a ribeye. Then they overcooked it. That's the recipe for shoe leather, not steak. Had I been in the restaurant, I would have sent it back. I ordered it medium rare, which would have had a warm center; therefore, I am not persuaded that the steak magically continued cooking itself in the Dasher's vehicle on the way to my house to arrive medium well done. My motto is to generally try anything once. You can figure out the rest. Outback has lost me as a customer for a couple of years at least.

  We came in thinking that coming here on Mother’s Day was probably a mistake. It was packed, over an hour wait for food, and tables were walking out. We made a reservation and still were warned about waiting an extremely long time for our food. BUT, the team here really made it right. It was also my birthday and I had small children with me so I wasn’t keen on waiting and risking meltdowns. The team made sure our children’s food came out first. They were working extremely hard to help everyone. We watched as table after table walked out on our young server. She was so attentive and apologetic. She really didn’t deserve it. She did nothing but try. At one point my son spilled his whole drink and she cleaned it completely while her boss apologized and helped her. We understood it wasn’t their fault and we stuck around so we could get our one night out. I just wanted to enjoy a steak in a nice place for once lol. I can’t remember Nicole’s boss by name but the gentleman personally came over and thanked us for being understanding through everything and even comped our meal even though we told them it was fine. Needless to say, everything was cooked perfectly and the meal was a pleasant present for my birthday, which had been pretty bad so far. We will come back another day to enjoy another meal (that we don’t expect to get for free) and hope we can request Nicole as our personal waitress. Thank you for trying! Thank you for the lovely conversation! Thank you for the food!

  It took forever to get our food and when we did get it, it wasn’t hot enough. I won’t say that it was cold but it wasn’t hot enough to melt the bacon butter that was put on top. Also, we ordered the Victoria’s filet and I don’t know what we got but it wasn’t a filet. It was very gristly and my guess is that it was a ribeye. Waitress was very attentive and apologetic for how long it was taking to get our food. We won’t be back.
