There are many NYBS in the area, however this specific shop, right off the the Isle of Palms connector, Owner Baxter, and this crew, Devan, gave exceptional service and suggestions to each guest. This shop is also exceptionally clean. This shop offers food that is already prepared; they also offer suggestions for guest who prefer to prepare their own food. They have an incredible wine selection, most wines are $25 or less and pair with everything. Instead of spending $ going out for brunch, purchase brunch options here. This is perfect for individuals on vaca and or locals. Amazing quality, amazing crew. You definitely need to check this place out. Off the IOP connector, across the street from the Harris Teeter. This shop stands out from the rest.

They offer the fabulous quality and selection you expect to find at those amazing butcher shops in Manhattan but without the NYC price tag. They also offer homemade in-house freezer-to-oven goodies like meatloaf, lasagna , amazing sides, wine & more. Their staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, too!

Do you sell grass-fed beef?
We specialize in offering the Certified Angus Beef brand; All CAB cattle are grass-fed and spend the majority of their lives on pasture eating grass. As cattle grow, grains like corn and wheat are added to their diets. This grain finishing enhances marbling in beef, giving it the great flavor we all enjoy. All beef, no matter how it was finished, is a good source of many essential nutrients, including zinc, iron and protein. And all CAB beef is raised by farmers and ranchers who are passionate about bringing safe and wholesome beef to the table.
