  I’m honestly very disappointed with the service at this location. Every time I order from here, there always seems to be an issue. This time, the Happy Meal was packed very carelessly the fries weren’t even placed in a holder and there were barely any fries included at all. I paid for my food, so I expect it to at least be prepared correctly. What made the experience even worse was the lack of basic customer service. I asked for sauces for 5 nugget meals and was only given 1 BBQ sauce. Seriously? And on top of that, there were no napkins included either. It’s frustrating because I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but the service and attention to detail continue to disappoint. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering from here.

  Not sure about the morning shift. Evening shift. Terrible . No sweet tea . Attitudes left and right. Workers not wanting to work.

  If 0 stars was an option that would be my rating. Service is always slow, the employees are rude and disrespectful. They never get your order correct and when you say something about it they have the nerve to yell at you. Need to be retrained and restaffed

  Waited over 10 min to get our order, but the food was hot. Had about 20 police and several ambulances drive by and position to catch a recent person who stabbed someone just down the road. Not a great area!!

  I ordered on the app. Pulled up. Got what ya want over intercom. Gave the code. Told pull up. Came around the receipt was just hanging out the window. Next was told I hadn't paid? Told them what I had they gave me food. Got home opened bag. Wrong order. Went back. Same thing at intercom. Then points without opening window to go next window. Then boy takes food back. Not 100% sure he wasnt gonna reuse it. No talking no apologies. Gives me food. I look in bag looks right. Get home. I again have someone elses order. Customized burger. Allergy most likely. And it looks like crap. Attempted to eat it. Undercooked and tasted nasty. Waste of money. Im in food service. I get bad nights. But I could see you had a full staff. I wont visit this location again. No matter how close to my home or the convenience of being on the way to work. I recommend highly everyone avoid this location. Let this mcdonalds fall. Want a burger go to Kendalls down the road. Better quality better service. And best part not a corporate that doesnt care or a business owner only reposting the same link under everyone's comment. BERA Deserves a better quality food establishment. Update: Owner below posted a link that does'nt work. Again choose local. I recommend Kendals, Rustic Farms, and Coronados are 3 of my favorite places. Heck even one of our many unbelievably good food trucks. Anywhere but here.
