  Charged me for the wrong order then were annoyed that I wanted a refund for the $10 overcharge. Oatmeal was total liquid and the 2 women working there were both rude.

  McDonald's is already a pretty low bar but this place is awful. We waited 20 minutes for our food and when we got it was lukewarm at best. It wasn't even busy, but every customer in the store, even the ones who came in after us, was served before us. And when I went to check on the food they tried to ignore and talk to the person behind me instead. And no, we didn't order anything special. Just two mcdoubles, two small fries, a snack wrap, a drink, and a shake. Employees look miserable and it shows in how little they care about their customers.

  Went to McDonald’s Lauren’s rd Greenville sc this morning the young lady at the 1st drive thru window attitude was awful , I feel if you are having a bad day leave it at home are go home .The customer service sucked , no customer service skills at all. Then we went back tonight about 9:30am to grab a McFlurry and a big mac, they said their machine was down and no more big macs , we had to drive to the mauldin location , to get a big mac and mcflurry, their customer service was outstanding at that location

  The employees are extremely rude. The woman at the window was so rude with such a nasty attitude. I waited at the speaker for 5 min and when someone finally took my order I had to repeat everything 3-4 times. I was the only vehicle in line. When I get to the window to pay the person at the window was ill-mannered and hostile. I ended up canceling my order and leaving. McDonalds has really become the worst of the worst for fast food.

  They are supposed to be 24/7 but routinely make up times they “open” or “close”. Showed up two different times late last night to pick up DoorDash orders. Despite doors being unlocked, lights on, and employees being in the back, when I arrived, they made up a random time they would be “open” and refused to make the orders the had in their system. Management needs to know about how much money their employees are wasting.
