    I was the only customer inside and the drive through didnt appear super busy. Nuggets and fries were old. Wait time 10 minutes. Someone was vaping inside. It was 2.5 hrs before closing. I usually get super fresh food and go through the drive through. Idk if that is the key but felt i should leave a review

    Although a bit slow very friendly and got hot fries and a hot chicken sandwich. Woman’s bathroom was not attended to very well with trash spilling over out to the floor

    I went to pick up my breakfast on mother’s day morning. The lady (i don’t know here name) taking my order and when I went to pay was so RUDE. She was very aggressive and kept brushing me off like I wasn’t there and when I tried to talk to her she was gave me a nasty attitude and told me to just go away.

    I am writing to formally report an upsetting experience I had at the McDonald’s location on Woodruff Road in Greenville, South Carolina on my birthday, May 7, 2026. The interaction began in the parking lot when an employee instructed me that I could not park in a specific spot because a delivery truck was arriving. I respectfully moved my vehicle without issue. Shortly afterward, another customer parked in the exact same spot and was allowed to remain there after speaking briefly with the same employee. When I questioned why I had been required to move while another customer was not, I was told that she would “only be inside for a minute.” However, it quickly became apparent that the restaurant was behind and disorganized, making that explanation inconsistent. Inside the restaurant, I placed an order using the kiosk and selected the option to pay at the counter because I intended to split the payment between cash and card. I then waited at the counter for approximately 15 minutes without acknowledgment from staff, despite multiple employees walking past me and assisting other customers. After eventually speaking with a manager identified as Joyce, I explained that I wished to pay $25 in cash and the remaining balance by card. During the interaction, I felt I was spoken to in an aggressive and confrontational manner. The transaction was then mishandled, and my payment was processed incorrectly. At that point, due to the ongoing poor treatment and confusion, I requested a full refund instead of completing the purchase. While attempting to process the refund, Joyce continued arguing with me rather than calmly resolving the issue. The interaction escalated unnecessarily and became increasingly hostile. Most concerning to me was the manner in which my refund cash was returned. Joyce forcefully placed the money into my hand, grabbed my hand in the process, and flung the change in a way that caused coins to scatter onto the floor, requiring me to pick them up myself in front of other customers. I found the entire experience humiliating, unprofessional, and emotionally distressing, especially given that it occurred on my birthday. I understand that fast food environments can become stressful, and I always try to be understanding toward service workers. However, I do not believe the treatment I received was acceptable under any circumstances. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed, including any available security camera footage from the restaurant during the time of the interaction. I would also appreciate a response regarding what steps will be taken to address the conduct and customer service issues involved. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter!

    Big McDonald’s fan, generally give the most positive feedback. However the lack of drivethru communication from the personnel was surprising and nearly disrespectful. After watching all others get helped before me, I never was able to order and just left.
