  It's McDonald's and it's consistent with the McDonald's brand. Food is always as it should be but service at the counter is lacking and the drive thru is painfully slow at times.

  let me preface this review by saying I’m only leaving two stars because of service I got from the gentleman that finally served me. If not for him, the manager alone would make this one star. You never know who’s watching you when someone comes into your restaurant. Especially when you’re a manager, you should know better. I’m assuming she’s a manager, she looked at the part, but regardless. I was walked past multiple times while trying to pick up a delivery order. She then proceeded to clap her hands in an employees face, and nudge him on the arm to move faster with his order to take out to customers. She then proceeded to come to the register, still ignore me, and then proceed back to the kitchen. Finally, I had to flag the young man down to get some service. Not to mention, the order was ready, just sitting on the table in the kitchen, but I wasn’t within reach to get it. Manager, do better. Young man that helped me, thank you for what you do

  The security is so bad he kicked me out can you check me out and talking like they are against something we are 14 years old he like that

  Apparently they have to charge for water now and I went in only for that. The staff were nice but they were mostly focused on the drive-thru and left front people waiting a while. All the outlets are also covered, I guess to dissuade homeless people but it just seems non-customer friendly.

  Went to this McDonald’s today at 11 there was a long hair in my nuggets and I ordered a 10 piece and got 8 nuggets. This McDonalds is not sanitary and should be shut down!
