  The one on South Pleasantburg Dr. Is the best one to get original size donuts. The one on Woodruff Rd had little donuts. They are not the same.

  Back when I lived in Charleston, I would visit Krispy Kreme on Savannah Highway to get hot fresh donuts when the sign was on. I have since moved to Greenville and went to Krispy Kreme on North Pleasantburg. The employees I spoke to were awesome. Very friendly and gave me an opportunity to test the wonderful flavors of donuts before I purchased. It was late in the afternoon and the quality of donuts were outstanding. Please stop by on N Pleasantburg and pick up some fresh donuts, not only because of Krispy Kreme’s reputation, BUT the employees excellent customer service and friendly service. I left with a smile, thank you

  Huge disappointment! Just 2 months ago I learned about the hot sign/free doughnut. So tonight I drove through and thought I would treat myself for Mother's day. Get a few doughnuts and the Free Glaze. I ordered, the man repeated my order along with the Free Hot doughnut he said. Then I drive up to the windows, he gives me 10 cent change and I asked isnt the Hot doughnut free??? He said No they just turned off the light!!! Insane. So upset I know its just one doughnut but really KK. That was my first Free one i ever tried to get.

  Krispy kreme corporate: Your Woodruff location needs help ASAP!! I know you don't care because 190,000 people drive by it every week and you don't have to improve for simple walk-in traffic PLUS those of us dedicated to KK product simply drive up to the Pleasantburg location. Totally unacceptable. Knock it down; build a brand new, top notch, state of the art location on Harrison Bridge in Simpsonville and start raking in cash! Thankfully your manager at Pleasantburg knows customers and saved this one!!

  I brought my relatives that were visiting me from another country to eat the famous donuts and we were very well assisted by Alexis. She made the enviromnent of the place happy and we got enchanted with her assistance. This is the kind of person that really likes what to do and is there to make our day better! Thank you so much Krispy Kreme and Alexis to make this experience very nice.
