  Shitty manager cursing at everyone and then talks shit about coworkers and customers under his breath. Night shift is a joke and it needs to be retrained or something. I was in a week ago and some girl named Taylor was super sweet but the othe guy is a joke for a manager (for closing staff)

  Fantastic gourmet sandwiches! My favorite is the #09 Italian Night Club. No adjustments needed. Great balance! Service is usually blindingly fast.

  Very disappointed and not the first time, didn’t have order ready after an extended time. Had to ask about one of my sandwiches and was then told they couldn’t make it because the ran out of tuna and would not be making more. After that had to ask for chips and drinks that went with the order & was told “oh can’t you get that yourself?“ Pretty sad when it’s slow, wrong and not friendly either.

  Freshly made sandwiches. Ordered online and when I got to the location to pick up my order. The employees did not have my order quite ready but quickly made it so I did not have to wait. This was great customer service! All the employees were respectful, friendly and courteous.
