  Like so many others here, they forgot our chips and pickles!!! It’s literally on the bag! One of our subs is absolutely inedible as well (the whole thing is super stale). My first time trying Jimmy John’s will be my last.

  One of the ‘workers’ had their kids in the shop screaming and running around. The dude made my sandwich perfectly and quickly. The place is clean. I’d eat here again.

  Ordered 3 sandwichs. Brought them home and when my wife went to bite into hers a roach came out. That is disgusting. So I called the Pelham rd location. Did they apologize, NO. Just told me to email a complaint. Never ever again Jimmy"roaches"Johns

  Ordered 12 in sandwich with no tomato, no onions to shsir with wife as I have Sever alergys. Took a bite while rolling and it was a tad spicy..soemwhere between the sliced jalapino and tomo seads ona guess. [ see below ] then i have a reeaction causing then minor issues . I pulled over and used an epinephrine pin. - thank god not a Hospital this time this is the 2nd time in 5 years from this restaurant.. - NOT ALERGY FRENDLY- Update. Store owner was contacted , they are going to take care of a few issues on their end and impment new training. My meal was replaces and apologies made. I do feel they will do better in the future.

  Fantastic gourmet sandwiches! My favorite is the #09 Italian Night Club. No adjustments needed. Great balance! Service is usually blindingly fast.
