  Amazing customer service. There had been a slight hiccup in my order and Stephen went above and beyond to make it right. 10/10 customer service and will be ordering from them again!

  I placed a giant order for almost 20 combos without any warning on a Saturday afternoon. I went to pick it up 15 minutes later, and everything was meticulously organized (labeled sandwiches in one bag, chips in the other, drinks in another) and ready to go. When we explained we were building the set for a show, the employees even enthusiastically said they’d come see it! All the employees were polite, helpful, and kind, and all 18 orders were 100% correct. Thank you all for the big help!!!

  Walked in around 7:30. The person behind the counter didn't even acknowledge our existence. There are so many other places to eat here. Avoid this place at all cost. The attitude was just horrible

  Ordered online for a 12:45 pick up time. When I got there the food was not ready and took an additional 15 minutes. Upon receiving my order, there were several items missing (potato salad, pickles and a cookie). After receiving those items, something still didn’t feel right. Looking again, I realized I was also missing a sandwich. Since I had already walked back to work, I made the drive back to this store to alert the manager. He apologized, took the bag I was holding, gave me a new bag, and gave me additional items to make up for it. Once I got home with the order, I realized I WAS STILL MISSING A SANDWICH. I like Jimmy John’s, but the staff and issues at this location are not worth it. I appreciate the manager trying to correct the situation, but the fact that I went back and still left without the correct things is hilariously disappointing.

  Would not recommend. Rude staff. One cussed my husband because he got lost last week on delivery. Today while dining in one joked about trying to sneeze on the bag to “give the customers more”. This behavior is simply not acceptable and completely nauseating. Who owns this place anyway? Do better.
