  I work at a law firm downtown Greenville. I can always depend on them even when it's for last minute lunches for depos, mediations or just a regular order. My orders are always right and the staff and delivery people are always exceptionally nice and helpful! (Receptionist)

  Unreliable. This time the food never arrived even after calling to followup about the order "it's out for delivery". Waited a on other 20 minutes after following up (1hour 40 min after ordering) and canceled my order. This has not been an isolated event. Definitely not Freaky Fast. Or at least that's my experience from 3 blocks away.

  Amazing customer service. There had been a slight hiccup in my order and Stephen went above and beyond to make it right. 10/10 customer service and will be ordering from them again!

  I placed a giant order for almost 20 combos without any warning on a Saturday afternoon. I went to pick it up 15 minutes later, and everything was meticulously organized (labeled sandwiches in one bag, chips in the other, drinks in another) and ready to go. When we explained we were building the set for a show, the employees even enthusiastically said they’d come see it! All the employees were polite, helpful, and kind, and all 18 orders were 100% correct. Thank you all for the big help!!!
