  This location needs to teach their younger employees to respect and not have attitudes to their customers went there today the young employee took my order and when I asked a question she got a attitude with Me I then knew I wouldn't spend one cent at this location she had a look that she didn't care about her job or the customers it honestly pissed me off and had a few words with this disrespectful girl told her what I thought about her and left I'll never go to this location again and possibly other locations

  I personally love Jimmy John's food, but this store location does not ever read the delivery instructions. Do not bother to put leave at door. They will ring your doorbell regardless.

  Ordered via the website at 11:29. My order had not arrived so I called the store at 12:24 to check on the status of my order, male subject answered the phone and was rude - but provided that the driver was two stops away. My order FINALLY arrived at 12:31. This is unacceptable considering the store is 0.9 miles from the delivery location. For perspective, I only did delivery due to it being a rainy day and not wanting to leave the office for lunch3
