  The chicken and lamb over rice and the gyro were so good ! We will definitely be back. The sauces were yummy too especially if you like spicy. Overall really good spot !

  I have ordered takeout twice now and both times I've been more than satisfied. The food was amazing and the staff were more than helpful. I highly recommend.

  We loved ichop! The staff was friendly & generous (gave us extra Dubai strawberries!). The food came out quickly & was DELICIOUS! I had the shrimp and rice, others at my table had chicken & rice. We were the only diners at the time with a few people arriving for pick-up orders. Orders were placed through a self-service screen. Overall - great experience!

  Food is so good. The lamb gyro is very tender and all the ingredients are evenly balanced for a perfect bite every time. My favorite place for a gyro.

  So after church a group of our family and extended family were planning to eat somewhere, a few said ichop and I went along. To be honest, I was expecting it to be Asian cuisine from the name. We walked in, a group was sitting at a table other than that it was not busy. So since nobody in our group had ever been it took us a second to figure out the process. I saw the kiosk to place an order and a register but nobody was behind the counter. The only menu that I could see was on the kiosk. If I would have known I would have screened it on my phone beforehand. If there are menus elsewhere I did not see them. I ordered for my wife and me, the option to print a receipt pops up that it cannot at this time. I entered my number in the kiosk when I entered my name yet no text with a receipt. I ordered a chicken pita w fries for my wife. Lamb and chicken for me (it cost a tad more and comes without fries). As others in our group of 9 are hitting the single kiosk, I am already at our table. One in the group mentioned that she overheard one employee tell the people at the other table that they were out of lamb. I had already ordered lamb and chicken pita. 10 minutes go by and employee comes out to my table to inform me that they are out of Lamb. I asked what does that mean and he said “just Chicken”. Since the lamb and chicken pita without fries cost a little more then the chicken pita with fries, I said then just add some fries to it. When our food came out, mine came with no fries and no extra chicken either. I mentioned that about the fries one time when he told me that I had a “just Chicken” pita coming and then again when my order came without fries. I was just wanting them to make up the difference since I was not offered a refund or any adjustment to price on my lamb-less and chicken pita without fries. Also my hummus and pita didn’t arrive, had to point that out. I got appetizer after my fries arrived. All the while, orders are arriving slowly to the table. The one person that ordered right after I did, didn’t get her food until I had eaten my chicken pita. Others had their food that had ordered after her. So service was not where it should be. Friendly person came to the table at the end and apologized to the young lady whose food came last. Food tasted good so I could probably say I would go back again, but definitely not in a large group of 9. It overwhelmed the staff in the back. This is probably going to come off the wrong way, but I’m gonna just say it. The owner of this place needs to have a person fluent enough in English behind the register to inform people when they’re ordering when they are out of something and give them the option to substitute right then, not when they’re sitting at the table, waiting on their food. Don’t base your business on kiosk only orders. And maybe get a second kiosk for those busy times.
