  I waited 25 minutes for a burger that they messed up and didn’t quickly start remaking. At the 20 minute mark with no explanation from the staff I asked for my money back so I could go somewhere else. The staff started laughing at me, like they either didn’t know how to use the cash register to accomplish this or didn’t want to do it. Around the thirty minute mark I finally got my food. The staff apologized for the wait so there’s that. I probably won’t be back anytime soon. There’s like at least 7 other places you can get a cheeseburger on Pleasantburg and pay less and wait less for a burger that is very similar.

  There's a first time for everything! My brother just passed away and I haven't been eating due to nerves. I finally got an appetite close towards closing time, customers eating in dinning area, customers in line after me with great atmosphere as usual, it was around 9:25pm and I was #42 two cheeseburgers with ketchup, mustard, mayo, grilled onions and two regular fries for me and & mister. Watched sandwiches be prepared by young lady, Espanol young fella dropped fries, he fixed two regular fries from the old fries that had been sitting in the warmer and they sat on warmer the entire time my sandwiches were being prepared and I was thinking I seriously hoped it wasn't for me! I watched him place my sandwiches in bag then asked me to wait a few minutes for fries and I told him okay. When fries were done he dumped them added salt and seasoning, he took the barely warm fries that sat up the entire time and placed them in my bag and then dumped fresh fries inside bag on top of it 😕🙁😔🥺😑😒😤😠, remind you of my brother just passed July 15th, no appetite everyday all day, I didn't have much energy to correct him to get fresh fries, hot fries we could eat when I get 5 minutes away at home. I asked him if that was a warmer he just had the cold fries sitting on the whole time my sandwiches were being prepared and while waiting for the fresh fries to be finished to drop fresh fries in the bag??? He said yes, they're still hot. Just as I expected when I got home, I told mister eat the fries while they're hot😒 and the fries were nasty, he ate none, I used ketchup trying to eat what was warm, but majority of them were cold! The sandwiches were amazing as usual. I'll never buy fries from the establishment again if he's working on fries, that will never happen again! Train employees to make it make sense, prepared customers food absolutely fresh as they would want their food to be prepared, if he likes cold fries, that's different than what each customer is expecting when paying their money!

  The worst five guys experience I have ever had. Burger was horrible and that's disappointing. Won't be back to this location.

  Five Guys at Cherrydale is honestly my favorite burger place in town. For me, it beats every other burger spot around here. The food is consistent, the portions are generous, and the price makes sense for the amount of food you get. Yes, it has more of a fast-food diner feel, but I don’t really care. The burgers are good, the fries are generous, and I know what I’m getting every time. I’d rather come here than pay more somewhere trendier and leave less satisfied.

  Disappointing ordered online hardly anybody in the store. Estimated weight was 10 Minutes but took 35 minutes. Teenager made my milkshake looked like water. It was so runny definitely will not be back. Do not recommend.
