    Have always loved Dutch Bros even before they showed up here in G-ville. Love their coffee - only drink I have experience with. However, I'd like to focus on the service. It doesn't matter who is at the window at this location, they are the friendliest and most upbeat people I've ever seen at a coffee shop. You leave feeling like they really appreciate the business and that they like working there.

    I had the best customer service experience with Liz today. Feeling hectic and hurried today, I rushed through the first Dutch Bros order I've made in the app. I was on my way to a stressful meeting, but I had a few minutes and stopped to get me and my (very important) colleague a coffee. A Golden Eagle for the nerves, ifykyk. I let Liz know that I have a mobile order, only for her to discover that I have made my order and pre-paid AT THE WRONG LOCATION. It was totally my error and my heart sank. Not only did I already pay, but I didn't have the time to go 15 minutes out of my way to retrieve my drinks. Liz did not miss a beat. With the most upbeat, friendly demeanor she let me know it was ok and they will remake the order there at no extra cost. I was surprised and delighted that my morning has been saved! Liz LEGIT made a difference in my morning today. She was so nice about fixing a mistake that I made, and it really touched me. It's becoming harder and harder to witness examples of great customer service. She didn't even make me feel dumb for my mistake. This positive interaction with Liz brightened my morning, and I hope my gratitude is communicated to her. THANKS TO LIZ AND LIZ ALONE, the East North Dutch Bros is going to be my home coffee spot. What a lovely ambassador for Dutch Bros. She most definitely radiated kindness today.

    Extremely slow. If you want a good, quick coffee just go to Starbucks. If you want to chat for a long time with a barista and hold up a line, go here. I can't rate the food or atmosphere bc I never got to that point, one star because of the service. When I got there, there were maybe 2 other people in front of me, I had 15 minutes to grab coffee, plenty of time! Nope. Indeed it was not. The two people in front of me did not get many drinks, the most I saw was 3 drinks to a vehicle, one of the vehicles only had 1 drink. That shouldn't take long. When Clutch used to be there I would be in and out in no time. I waited, and waited, and waited some more. By this point I was stuck. Once you're in line you can't get out, the drive thru isn't wide enough. I saw 1 car at the very back of the line back his way out because we hadn'tbudged in over 8 minutes. The car immediately behind me also tried getting out but it was too tight. We were stuck and the baritas were chatty and carrying on with the customers. It was easily 15 minutes before I even got to the window (again, with only 2 cars in front of me. By the time I got up there I was late for work so I just had to drive right on through. The car behind me did the same thing. They lost 3 customers that day. There was another time I tried to go but the line was also long and excessively slow. Backed out since I was at the back of the line. My friend had the same experience. I will not be returning nor recommending.
