- SPScottish pawsMay 13, 20265.0I had the most best experience ever for my first time at Dutch Bros. This wonderful employee, Liana, took my order. She was very patient, kind, very helpful helping me figure out what I wanted to order. You could tell she was still getting the hang of her new job but she was very easy to talk to, and very funny. Best employee there! The drink was delicious! I will be coming back!!!!
- TTTaylor TayfelMay 13, 20265.0So incredibly happy this location has FINALLY opened. My sister and I moved here from Vegas in July and we have been pining for a Dutch Bros since. The one in Mauldin is a bit too far for us and we haven't had a great experience. This one on the other hand...is PHENOMENAL! Despite the fact they are newly opened and still training broistas, I was able to receive my order quickly and with ease. This is not the last time we will visit for SURE!
- JGJeffery GainesMay 13, 20265.0WOW!! Felt like a kid in a candy shop!! So MANY INCREDIBLY UNIQUE coffee and non-coffee combinations!! Beats ALL OTHER COFFEE SHOPS in Greenville. Had to get out of drive-through line to study menu, then do walk-up, which was another WOW experience!!!! The person who took my order pointed out that everyone working at the Greenville Dutch Bros location were Dutch Bros employees from other Dutch Bros stores throughout the U.S. They all flew or drove to Greenville to open this store. Now THAT’S TEAMWORK!!!🙂🙂 I'll DEFINITELY be returning!! An INCREDIBLE first time experience!! Thanks, Dutch Bros!! Welcome to Greenville, SC!!🙂🙂🙂 OMG!! All the drinks are 100% customizable, so even if you think there’s nothing for you here, you can easily get them to make you the perfect drink exactly how you want it! I’m a big fan of the caramelizer, which is made with chocolate milk. And for those that don’t like sweet drinks, you can change the level of sweetness. As for snacks, the muffin tops are always a nice treat to go with your drink. Also, they are dog friendly! They love to see dogs and even have a special “Dutch Pup” available. I’m excited to become a regular!
- ARAllison RochesterMay 10, 20265.0My coffee was just okay, it tastes a little burnt. But I’m sure if I had tried it there and not liked it that they would’ve replaced it. I just happened to wait til I was 15 mins down the road to try it lol. But the employees are SO NICE and helpful and the atmosphere was awesome!! There were 3 cars in line ahead of me and I was there for less than 5 mins. Phenomenal! Can’t wait to try them again!

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
