    I get team safety and not having people out in lightning. But you have to come up with a plan other than fixing one drink at a time as people order at the window. 20 minutes in line behind only 3 cars…

    We absolutely LOVE our Dutch Bros!!! The coffee is ALWAYS on point, and the FABULOUS Broistas (like Miss Hannah M.) are always happy to see you and bring the best vibes to your coffee experience!!! We never go anywhere else!!!

    I’ve tried to give this Dutch Bros location the benefit of the doubt because everyone can have an off day, but after so many visits, it’s become frustrating. We order the exact same three drinks every time, yet somehow they never taste the same twice. One visit they’re great, and the next they’re completely different. Consistency is important, especially when customers come back expecting the drinks they enjoy. Today’s visit was especially disappointing. We ordered a smoothie with real fruit, asked for it to be extra blended, and it came out watery. On top of that, there was barely any real fruit added, which was disappointing considering that’s one of the reasons we ordered it. We’ve given this location more than enough second chances because we genuinely wanted to keep coming back, but it seems like there’s always something different or wrong with our order. We just wish the drinks were made consistently and matched the quality of the first time we tried them. We hope management can work with the team on consistency because we know these drinks can be made well.
