The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The people were very welcoming and gave me free stickers! Needless to say, I'm signing up on their app now! I'm hooked for life!

The cashier at the window asked me how my day was, I said good, and I went back to my emails. She then asked me “Do you not like when people talk to you?” Which first of all is an insane question to ask. I said “Not right now” (I am literally replying to emails!!!!) and she said “Fine, I won’t talk to you anymore”. I didn’t say anything until all of a sudden I looked up and she was holding my drink. Didn’t bother to say it was ready or anything. I told her to have a nice day and she rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything. Coffee great, but I wouldn’t go back because of the service.

- KRKristin RogersJun 10, 20262.0Was super excited to try Dutch Bros for the first time this past Sunday! Got in line with about 12 cars in front of me. Ordered quick since they were walking down the line to take orders. Ended up sitting in line waiting for about 30 minutes before I was given my drink. They have 2 lines to order but it merges back into 1 at the window to receive drinks and it’s really slowing down the process. Maybe try to keep it 2 lines from ordering to picking up at the window and it wouldn’t be as long of a wait. The drink was good but I don’t think I’d return based on the wait times.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
