    They seem understaffed, which I can be sympathetic with, but I don't know where they're putting their cups and I'm afraid of coming back. First thing I saw was dust and dirt on and under the lid. The picture is crappy, but when jt was a sizable chunk and when I wiped it off, it was grainy, like little pieces of dirt or eggs, and it fell further into the drink. I was so disgusted.

    The cream cheese bagels taste and smell burnt! Sad thing is I bought 8 of them & now I’m already at work nothing I can do! Sad 😢

    We stopped by this Dunkin’ on Easter morning and had a really disappointing experience. After being greeted at the drive-thru, I started placing a simple order for two powdered doughnuts. I was immediately cut off and told they don’t serve powdered doughnuts. I switched to glazed, and again was cut off this time with attitude being asked, “how many doughnuts you gettin?” At that point, the tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. I told the employee her attitude was unacceptable and decided to leave. What made this worse is that we went to another Dunkin’ right after and were treated with kindness and they had powdered doughnuts with no issue. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but there’s no reason to take it out on customers. Especially on a holiday. Do better. Happy Easter.
