- SASummerlin AdkinsAug 22, 20261.0Pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted with “thank you for choosing Dunkin.” I assumed that meant they needed a moment before the next order, so I spent approximately 15 seconds perusing the menu before the woman intentionally rudely and sarcastically said “thank you for choosing Dunkin.” What happened to “what can I get for you?” or “order whenever you’re ready.” I was taken aback. And then to ask me for a tip??

I sat in the drive thru waiting on the lady to come back to the window but she never came. So I drove around to go inside but seen a worker outside. I asked him if they were out of pink foam and initially he said he didn’t know what I was talking about then I explained further. He said drive around. He seemed so frustrated thar he had to get up and fix my drink. Once I got to the window he sprayed the pink foam on top of the white foam. Gave me my drink and I told him thank you twice and he just walked off. Awesome customer service I guess.

After being afraid for my safety, I packed up and left. On my way out, she yelled after me "yes you leave!" (My daughter is in the hospital which has spotty wifi. I was just trying to make sure my laptop connected to wifi before I stayed. It didn't, by the way.) Don't give them your business. This dunkin should be taken off the map.
