  If i can give 0 stars i absolutely would TERRIBLE Customer service absolutely TERRIBLE ordered a pizza for my husband at 10:20 to wait for a pizza and hour later. I have a one year old so i feel asleep while my husband is waiting on his pizza. Wake up to see i have a miss call and i call back NOT ONCE was there any ( Bangs) on my door. Delivery driver had a terrible attitude on the phone saying he feel coming up my stairs and was banging in pain and hangs up on me. AGAIN NEVER WAS THERE A BANG ON MY DOOR i would of woke up and my husband would of answered the door. Call the store and the lead on this shift seems slow to not understand the TERRIBLE customer service i just received with this driver. Asking if i want it remade or the driver repromanded and re made. WHY WOULD I WANT ANYTHING REMADE FROM THIS STORE. after waiting originally an HOUR to then have HORRIBLE customer service. If he so call fell coming up my stairs which i see impossible as weather conditions are great and stairs are dry. Then the pizza was coming up damged as well. I dont understand wheater it was an unpaid order clearly IM PAYING AT THE DOOR. AGAIN WHERE THERE WAS NO BANGSS AT ALLL. Never ordering dominios from pleasentburh in my life again.

  Food is fine, last two times I’ve come here there is problems with my order. First time it was “in the oven” for 30 mins and had to ask them what was going on and finally they started to make my pizza. This time I wait for it to be done in the app learning from last time, I show up 40 mins after I placed the order (20 mins after the app said it was done). Empty shelf they “made a mistake” and had to “remake” my pizza once I was there. Don’t waste your time and get better workers.

  I see a ton of bad delivery reviews...id advise you guys to just take the trip to the store...only if Ms Nicole is there though...you can not expect good customer service from the establishment if she is not present...their district manger and the lady with pink hair could use some extended training on how to properly speak to someone when denying a request that is normally done everytime a customer comes in...its okay to decline...however your disposition while doing so...could be interpreted as something else...good thing I know the entire establishment has a different vibe when Ms Nicole is there...as long as she is there I will continue to go when she is there...even if my special request will be denied...I know it will be in a respectful manner.
