I understand that those franchises are operating by independent owners, so I don't blame Chipotle in general for this issue, but it could be a good idea to check how those franchises make the general image of the brand look

- ADanannya debMay 27, 20261.0Food was ok. Service was terrible. The restaurant says it closes at 11 pm . We went in at 10:00 pm and by that time they have already started cleaning up. They did not even allow us to sit inside and when we went and sat in the sitting area outside to have our dinner , an employee came and told us “we are trying to tell you that we are closed” . On being asked she said the dining closes at 9:00 pm. It is not written anywhere and how would customers know about it ? And she repeated this continuously while we were still finishing our food. There is not a minimum courtesy not to bother people while they are having food and trust me we were sitting there just for 5 mins . I pointed to the store door where it was written service from 10:00 am - 11:00 pm , she started saying that an employee called out and so they have to close early.
