If you keep your customer facing areas this filthy, I cannot imagine you have safe food handling practices. This place is a breathing ground for food borne pathogens.

I had no choice but to remove the overcooked pieces of steak from the burrito to make it edible (and protect my teeth from the rocks that the steak had become). I thought this was supposedly all fresh, cooked daily, yada, yada. Apparently not, because I seriously doubt the steak in the burrito was cooked that morning/day. I also submitted my issue/complaint via the app. To date, there has been no effort whatsoever by Chipotle to contact me, or even just say 'sorry'. P.S. What's the point of providing a contact us/customer service option on your app if you only respond when someone gives you a negative review on Google?

How are you gunna have no customers in the store but it seemed like the workers didn’t know what was happening. It shouldnt be stressful to order food. Go to the Mauldin location or eat at home.
