  A girl name Krista helped me, she was very kind and the portions were generous. Saw a massive piece of lamb floating around and made a joke about taking that, I received that with gracious intent. The food was refreshing and pleasant, just like the service. Would definitely eat here again but the drink station was a tad cluttered. Thank you Krista and cava!

  We are regular monthly customers, but a huge shoutout goes to Arianna for saving our dinner recently! After a long day, I realized at the drive-thru window that I’d accidentally sent our order to the wrong location across town. Sensing our exhaustion and hunger, Arianna kindly invited us inside and made our order right away. ​This mama is so thankful for that level of care and customer service! Between employees like Arianna, incredible food (can’t get enough of the falafels and Crazy Feta!), and a kids' meal that is one of the best deals around, we’ll keep coming back.

  My husband and I love going to CAVA, but recently we've found that many locations no longer maintain the same quality they once did. That's why we were so pleasantly surprised by how well-run this location was. The food was fresh and delicious.Even more impressive was the service. One of the staff members went out of her way to help me get a specific fountain drink when the machine wasn't working properly. It was such an unexpected act of kindness and truly appreciated. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning!

  My family and I have been coming to this CAVA since it opened, and every visit has been amazing\. It’s our son with special needs’ favorite place to eat, which means so much to us. We’re always greeted with warm smiles and A+ customer service.The staff truly understands and supports our son, making him feel welcome, valued, and comfortable every time. The food is always fresh and delicious. Ashley and Joy are especially wonderful—they’re friendly, take time to talk with us, and make us feel like family. The Woodruff Road CAVA will always be our top choice. Thank you for consistently providing great food, excellent service, and such a welcoming environment.

  I’ve been a loyal CAVA customer for quite some time, and this is the first time I’ve felt the need to leave a negative review. My biggest issue is the complete inconsistency between locations when it comes to charging for extra dressings and other add-ons. It makes no sense that when I place a to-go order through the app, I’m limited to two dressings, but if I walk inside and order in person, getting additional dressing or any other add on’s suddenly isn’t an issue. There doesn’t seem to be a consistent policy being followed. To make matters worse, on a previous visit I was told I could order extra arugula through the app. That turned out to be false. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told I’d have to come inside and pay $1.60 for extra arugula. What’s even more confusing is that some locations, like the Augusta Street location, actually have an option to purchase extra dressing, while others don’t. I have absolutely no problem paying for extras. My frustration is with the lack of consistency and the misinformation. Customers shouldn’t receive different answers and different ordering options depending on which location they visit. What really pushed me to write this review was the attitude I received when I politely asked about it. And even at one pint being told that they could get fired for providing extra dressing is crazy. I really felt like my questions were treated as an inconvenience. CAVA has great food, which is why I keep coming back. But the inconsistent policies and poor customer service are making the experience increasingly frustrating. I hope management standardizes these practices across all locations or add the option for extra dressing for us individuals who love extra dressing and have a limited lunch so we can’t come inside and order. And also for customers to know what to expect no matter where they order.
