  Honestly, it was the worse bowl I have ever had. The rice was so dried and uncooked. For $40 for two, I think it will be our first and last time going to Cava. It was not good whatsoever. I even paid extra for salmon and it was horrible!

  Don't come here 2-3 hours before close because they start prepping early and the quality of food is stale. I think it looks ratchet when they start cleaning early and have the containers of food all over the place with the dish rag. Things are frequently out like the drinks or rice. They don't readily replenish they just start scraping the pot lol. It compromises food safety. I would hire a shift just to clean because the folks are really eager to get off at closing.

  We did an online order for 2 bowls.We picked it up through the Drive-Thru, once we got home one of our bowls was completely not ours and wrong, it had another persons name on it. We tried to call the store to see if we could just get a refund because we didn’t have the time to go all the way back to Woodruff Road. But when you call it’s a robot, you can’t even get ahold of a real person, which just shows how the company does not value hospitality. I typically like Cava but this is ridiculous, please double check orders, and give customers the ability to actually talk to a REAL person.
