  Food is good. Slightly colder than I would have preferred. But good tasting. Staff member behind the counter, Krista, was busy having a personal conversation while i waited for her to take my order. Then she quickly throws in all the ingredients in the bowl and while she was doing that, she still continued talking away with another staff member- something about Spotify. Then she asked me if I wanted my receipt. I said yes and she turns and walks away. I had to pull out my own receipt from the register. Usually their service is great but staff should definitely be told to refrain from having personal conversation while serving the customer and actually pay attention to the customer.

  Ridiculous waiting time. I waited 20 minutes in line. Started my order only for them to tell me they were out of salmon! Smh why wasn't this announcement or a sign made smh

  horrendous experience. the staff was slow, they were out of so many options during peak lunch hours and the behavior of the cook was absolutely unacceptable. when i was first in line, i watched her actively eat something. what was she eating? who knows. but i didn’t see any food there except for the food she was preparing. mid-way through my line wait, she starts checking her phone while multiple food options were currently unavailable to customers. when it was my turn to order, no falafel. the guy taking my order tried multiple times to ask her when we’d have more- she completely ignored him. they were out of other toppings as well. what’s the point of waiting in a 30 minute line if you can’t even order what you want? won’t be returning. if you want to check who was in the kitchen- it was sunday May 3rd around 1:00pm

  I love cava but this one is just continuously inconsistent I watched the lady serve the white guy a head of me two HEAPING scoops of chicken and when it got to me gave me two half scoops and even shook the chicken off. Maybe it’s because I told her she is gonna need more basmati rice because she was literally scraping the crunchy burnt bits of rice into the bowl before me. The food bar is all mixed and messy and one of my dips was near hanging off the bowl. I don’t understand for the price of this why they can’t just be consistently good other cavas I’ve been to would never be so disrespectful with your food. I haven’t eaten all day so for this to be what I get I’m just disappointed maybe next time they’ll be better and if can leave a better review.

  Not enough parking. The store isn’t located in the right spot on Google Maps. The line took 20 minutes inside. And when I ordered, they were out of both feta and avacado at 7pm on a Saturday. What kind of Greek restaurant runs out of feta?! I took my order to-go and they didn’t even give me napkins or cutlery in the bag. I went to Panera across the street for feta and a fork. I should have just gone there to begin with. At the end of it, the serving size of the steak bowl was really good. So were the flavors. I still probably won’t go back.
