  My experience at Cava was extremely fast and professional. A special shoutout to Tilo for his exceptional service and integrity! He was so helpful and would most definitely make me want to return to Cava and give them future business.

  Usually this Cava location is understaffed and the line moves real slow…but not this day. John the manager (I think he said he was a guest manager from Asheville) is in town and this location is popping! It is staffed with incredible young people who seem to be working together like a Swiss clock. Perfect timing. The food is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

  I went to Cava last night, this was my first time. My husband has been saying how delish it was and I was super excited to give it a try. Walked in and was like whoaaaa, this place is a mess. I mean trash and food all over the floors. Zero tables were clean. There were only 2 tables occupied when we walked it. Went to order and the guy seemed put out that we were ordering. No one working there was smiling or seemed friendly. The food was decent, I only imagine it would be amazing if A. The atmosphere was cleaned up B. The staff was somewhat friendly c. They were out of cucumbers I’m not sure the owner is aware how their place is being run but yesterday, reading all of the 1 star reviews, I sure hope they make some changes.

  Began closing at 9:10p when the restaurant closed at 10:00. The workers were rude and unapologetically about running out of the majority of dressings and toppings. They were unwilling to accommodate a line of customers (about 15 people left to order). The workers talked about the customers complaining about the lack of service and food. They tried to close the restaurant early while customers were in line. Worker had hot water and chemicals out around food. Manager took 20 minutes to come from the back to talk to customers. I walked out and never received my food as it sat in the bar for 20 minutes as I watched all of this happen. Cava off of Woodruff needs to do better.

  This Cava location used to be great when it first opened. We would eat here on a weekly basis. But, it has consistently started to go down hill. From them being understaffed, to being out of several items, to the inside seating area being FILTHY. Having not eaten here in several months, we walked in tonight hoping it would be different. Boy were we wrong. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in days. Tables and chairs hadn’t been wiped off either. We considered staying and ordering and would just eat outside. However, if the front of the house looks like that, who knows what the back looks like. So disappointed. We want Zoe’s back.
