I was at your location (Best Location by the way) and was assisted by Anna and Cynthia, both of whom portrayed great customer service as they assisted me and some friends who had not had Cava previously. I am sure our menu items were a little more difficult as we asked questions, but Cynthia and Anna both really soared and did a wonderful job. I am a previous GM of a chain and wanted to make sure I acknowledged your great customer service! The food is amazing too!! The Pita Chips? Amazing!! I used his same review on Yelp to get the word out about the amazing customer service. I now longer go to any other location.
