  I was here today and I loved the customer service I received. Every employee is very much invested in their jobs and they all care about helping you build the most delicious bowl/pita ever. The restaurant is very clean, everything looks super tidy. The food tastes very good and fresh. I am very proud of how put together this place is. Kudos to all that workers at CAVA!

  I was in there June 19th in the late afternoon The service was terrible the food was disgusting 🤮 the manager she was a young Hateful bad character she left a bad taste in my mouth before i was done eating over cooked chicken and cold and uncooked lentils, cava used to be freshly made the Restaurant itself was nasty 🤮 full trash cans And dirty tables i used to have food catering From there for my customers! I haven’t been there in awhile since that day, and never will I return. And also i ask for a kid’s meal and she didn’t even want to put the portion of a kid’s meal in the plate, very unprofessional!!! Wasn’t feeling that hungry that day, but the manger provided way below the kid’s portion. Just ridiculously outrageous!

  They were just about to close when I walked in. I hadn’t eaten all day and asked if they were still serving and they welcomed me with open arms. This is my neighborhood cava, and I’ve been coming here for years. Excuse me if I forget your names, but I believe it was Bella and Eric? Who helped me that night. Your kindness meant so much staying open just to provide me food. It had been a long day. Would absolutely recommend to others.

  I come to cava at least once or twice a week, and it’s never been a bad experience for me . My food has always been made to perfection and the service is always excellent. Today I went to get my regular (greens and grains bowl) and once I got back to work to eat it something was off. The rice seemed to be a mixture of hard and soft rice (majority hard) . Which was kind of disappointing because every bite I took, I was basically crunching on hard rice. And this was my first meal of the day and so to look forward to a delicious bowl, just to get hard rice all throughout . Granted this is honestly a simple mistake I just was a little let down because I was looking forward to my food and couldn’t finish eating it because of the undercooked rice. I also purchased an order of pita chips but the kid up front must have forgot so I don’t blame him for that, he seemed new. Not sure if they were just having an off day or what , but this was abnormal to me seeing that I never have any complaints

  Probably won’t come back but not because the food or service is bad! In fact, the food is fantastic. But for $40 (2 bowls) this was really disappointing. The employee didn’t weigh out the rice on a food scale but she might as well have. Portions way small compared to the past. I just don’t think the amount of food is worth the money. I recognize the economy is crazy and I hope they are paying the employees well, but this just isn’t worth the price at lunch.
