  As others have said, portions are noticeably skimpy. I ordered a SALAD and it had what seemed like maybe 5 pieces of spinach as the base and then minimal toppings. Maybe it was because it was a pickup order so the person making it didn’t feel pressure to do a good job with me watching, but given that we went through the drive through and requested utensils and napkins, and only received ONE napkin and one fork, I will not likely be returning to this location for lunch. Disappointing since it’s so close to my office.

  This is the third time I've been to this particular cava location. I absolutely love cava, but every time I have come to this location, the workers are so unfriendly. Every time, they act like I am the biggest chore to them. It genuinely hurts my feelings. I have a super easy order and I try to be patient and kind. But it genuinely ruins my day with how overtly rude they are. They have an attitude and are super short with me. I work as a barista, so I understand the stress of making food or drinks. But I am never unkind. Just something I've noticed at this particular location. I don't think I will be back.

  I want to give a big thank you to this Cava location. I want to give an even bigger thank you to staff there that was working that night. I want to give a bigger thank you and shout out to the young lady that served me. You were nice, wholesome, and willing to help when I was kind of undecided on what I wanted. Thank you sooo much for that surprise at the end. Please go dine in there folks.

  This location comes up with new rules weekly. Only received 1 tzatziki sauce and 2 dressings told I couldn’t get more or pay for more. If I’m spending my money I would like to have what I’m willing to purchase. Portions small and paid for more rice. Guess I’ll stick to other locations and if I continue to have bad experiences I’m done with cava completely.

  Reminded me too much of an overpriced Chipotle-style experience without much originality. Food quality was underwhelming for the price, and the lamb was especially disappointing, dry, flavorless, and more like a bland meatball than quality lamb. Service and atmosphere were decent, but overall I expected much better for what it costs.
