Today, we revisited Carrabba’s in Greenville. Elise, Mya, and the Hostess were very friendly and professional. I ordered lasagna and it was excellent in presentation and taste, as hoped for and expected. My wife’s pasta dish was also excellent for the same reasons. The dining experience was exactly as expected and well worth the 40 minute drive to get there. This visit was A+++ in quality. We need a Carrabba’s in the Easley/Piedmont area!!!! Tom P.

We were a larger group that called ahead. The table was ready and expected some delays but wow. New server but sweet..long wait for waters, another long wait to get our orders. Some of the meals were good but ours was really disappointing and lukewarm. Several had some version of Alfredo but was also lukewarm and had to wait a super long time for replacement or additional sauce. The most frustrating thing that NO Management ever came by to check on us or help resolve or expedite anything including getting our bills. Carrabbas had always meant quality food and service. Left dismayed wondering what happened.. Lots of companies have had some real challenges finding quality people doing quality work. Not sure when or if we will be back. Sorry I didn't take a picture

I picked the restaurant , we arrived at happy hour. We ordered two apps and two beers. The lasagna dip as one it arrived cold. We ordered the trio with 10oz steak , chicken something and moon shaped pastas with our side being mashed potatoes Well it came out missing the moon shaped pastas and we had ordered another round as well they never arrived either. Soooo. I got a senior discount 10% off food $4.75. She said she took off potatoes ??? But the only discount was the senior She said I'll go fix it after saying the mistakes the side for moon shaped things I said so I'm paying for your mistake So I walked out laying for something I never got I'm pissed

This was the worst Carrabba's experience we've had. We came in after a long road trip; four kids. We were seated, had to ask for kid menus. It took forever for the waitress to even come over for a drink order. She looked confused the entire time when we placed our actual order. Our food came out cold; missing items. Our drinks were not refilled a single time. My husband asked to have the child's spaghetti plain with meatballs on the side; that wasn't done so we needed just a child's plate of spaghetti. There was some confusion and it took 15 minutes meanwhile they took my husband's cold plate back and never replaced it. The waitress was trying to avoid our table after that point and we spoke to two different managers who still didn't get what we needed. It was ridiculous. Do not DO NOT come here. I guess Happy Father's Day for nothing.

Side salads that came with our meals were okay, nothing special. Table bread was pretty good…very moist with a good crust, served warm with a plate of herb mixture you pour olive oil into to dip. The food was very disappointing. My wife’s lasagna was made nicely, but the flavor was average. Good presentation compared to so many places however. My chicken parm looked nothing like online pics; like no sauce. Overcooked breading but decent flavor…chicken wasn’t dry. I tried to finish it but just couldn’t. I got broccoli as my side. Either it was frozen or had been sitting to go out as a side for a while; beat up mess, lightly rubbery, bad taste. Service was pretty good, just a couple of little goofs, but she seemed pretty new. The great thing was that my wife ordered a drink and the waitress came back and said there was a problem, they could make it but the bartender said like everyone returns that drink as nasty, and they wanted us to have a good experience. We appreciated that a lot. I know it’s a corporate thing, it’s part of the menu, but good business/customer comes first.
